SPECIAL MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE CARY TOWN COUNCIL
Title of the meeting: Virtual Town Hall (Council Special Called Meeting)
Topic (s): Council will hold a special meeting that is both a business meeting and a citizen forum where Council will respond to submitted questions from citizens on various topics.
Council will consider and may take action on the following items:
1. Suspension of Policy Statement 143, Rules of Procedure of the Cary Town Council
2. Adoption of Amendments to Policy Statement 143, Rules of Procedures of the Cary Town Council and application of amended rules to this meeting
3. Adoption of Amendments to Chapter 12 of the Town of Cary Code of Ordinances
A closed session may be called to consult with an attorney in order to preserve the attorney- client privilege between the attorney and the public body and to prevent the disclosure of information that is privileged or confidential or not considered a public record.
