Jurisdiction
Noise generated by uses and operations permitted or regulated by this Ordinance shall be subject to the provisions of the Chatham County Noise Control Ordinance. The Board shall consider the amendment after receiving a recommendation from the Planning Department, beginning no later than the second regular meeting following the public hearing.
