In the end, we were able to transform this shared three-level into a modern and welcoming home.

By using the existing structure along with a fresh color scheme and decorative details, we were able to bring new life and character to the exterior of the home. Inside, we knocked out the middle partition walls on the main level, creating much-needed open space for a larger kitchen and dining room layout.
