Each year, Valley View School District creates a registry of parents that are to be notified in the event of pesticide applications. If you would like to be included in this registry, please either fill out the form below or go to our website at VVSD.org/District Departments (on the left)/Facility Operations/ Department Forms (on the right). There will be a link titled IPM registry. Please print this form, fill it out and return to your child’s school.
Please be advised that immediate treatment may be required if there is an instant threat to health or property. If this does occur, notifications will be sent, but not necessarily previous to the application.
