From the conclusion above the researcher would like to suggest as follow: 1. For the teacher
a. The teacher may use outdoor room while teaching learning process, so that the students feel many kinds of situations and conditions when they join English club.
b. The teacher should remember the students to use English during the teaching learning process.
2. For the students
a. Students may feel more confident and using appropriate gesture when delivering their speech.
b. Students should impress that English learning is for skill and not only knowledge so that they need much practice to improve it.
c. Students should learn to pronounce when they open the dictionary. d. Students should increase speaking ability as best as possible. 3. For the reader
The researcher hopes that the reader can criticize this research because the researcher realize that this research is still far from being perfect. There were still many aspects of speaking components and teaching’s approach. The researcher expects that there will be other researchers who investigate other aspects relating to speaking technique, hopefully will be useful as reference to their research.

Material : Introduction
The researcher arrived in MAN Karanganyar at 15.30. Then the researcher waiting for a minutes, to observe the teaching learning process that day. This was the first time for the researcher entering the class. This class was started at 16.00 until 17.00. The researcher set on the corner- back of the students.
That day, Mrs. Dewi taught about introduction. The teacher opened the class by saying basmallah together and then saying “Assalamualaikum Wr.Wb” the students answered “Wa’alaikumsalam Wr.Wb.” After opening the class, the teacher checked the students’ attendance. After she checked the students’ attendance, she told to the students about the purposes of the researcher visited their class. Finally, she told the material which is going to teach to the students, the teacher explained about introduction. In this meeting, the teacher brought a dice to the class. The teacher gave some examples how to introduce ourselves and how to answer if the students get a question about them.
The teacher divided the students into four group, each groups consists of three until four students. The teacher turned on the LCD to show the questions which have to been answered by the student. The teacher explained the material to the students and explained how the procedure of
this section. The students kept attention to the teacher. After the teacher explained the material and the procedure, the students made a serial number according to the member of each group. Every student who was get serial number one, she or he must shake the dice first. The number indicated by the dice determines the question that she or he should answer. Example, students namely A she shake the dice and the number is one. Then the question which in number one is “How old are you?” then the students must answer it. If the question is “free question” the other students may ask anything to students A.
The students received feedback from the teacher about their result of the discussion and the materials have finished, so Mrs. Dewi had to end the meeting. Before she close the meeting she tried to motivate to the students to study hard and she closed the teaching process by saying Hamdallah together. Then, she leaved the class by saying “Wassalamualaikum Wr.Wb.” and the students answered “Wa’alaikumsalam Wr.Wb.”

Material : Dialogue and Discussion
This was the next observation of the researcher. That day as usual the researcher came to the school around 15.30 and then the researcher met with Mrs. Dewi. We walk to the class together. After arrived in the classroom, the researcher took a seat at the back of the students. The teacher greeted the students and then praying together guided by the teacher, after that the teacher checked students attendance. And the last opening she opened the class by saying “Assalamualaikum Wr.Wb.” and the students answered “Wa’alaikumsalam Wr.Wb”.
The teacher started the lesson. The first activity, teacher wrote on the whiteboard about question words and the meaning. The teacher gave an example how to make a good sentence by using question words. Then, the teacher asked the students to make a group consists of three until four students. The teacher gave brainstorming about question words, then the students responds to the brainstorming given by the teacher orally. Next, students are given a piece of paper which there is incomplete question. A student who was get the first chance to take the paper, she or he should be able to read the paper and complete the question with question word that has been explained before and gave the question to the other friends in a group. Example, students A get the first chance to take the paper which contain incomplete question such as “…… do you prefer ice cream
or ice tea?” students A read the paper and complete the question with question word, then asked to students B about that question. The second activity was the teacher gave student a paper of dialogue to discussed or shared in a group. She also limits the discussion time is fifteen minutes. Then, the teacher asked the member of each group to practice the dialogue in pairs in front of the class. Next, the teacher gave an evaluation about the intonation to read the dialogue. Before that, the teacher asked to read the dialogue again and seek the vocabularies that they did not know on the text then the teacher interpreted the dialogue. Then, the teacher asked students to discuss with his or her friends to get the conclusion of the dialogue. After got the conclusion of the dialogue, the teacher randomly asked to students to retell the result of the discussion. Then, teacher gave a question to the students related to the topic.
The last process of teaching is closing activity. In the closing, the teacher asked the students about the material that they learned whether they understand or not. The teacher gave a motivation to the students to learn more about question word, intonation to read the dialogue, and the teacher asked the students to increase their vocabulary. Teacher and students close the lesson by saying Alhamdulillahirobbil’alamin. Then, she leaved the class by saying Wassalamualaikum Wr. Wb and the students answered Wa’alaikumsalam Warahmatullah.

Material : Describing places
This was the fourth day of the observation. As usual the researcher came to the school around 15.30 and then the researcher met Mrs. Dewi. We walked to the class together. After arrived in the classroom, the researcher took a seat at the back of the students. As usual, Mrs. Dewi greeted the students and checked students’ attendance list. The teacher opened the class by saying “Assalamualaikum Wr.Wb”. Students answered “Wa’alaikumsalamWr. Wb” then, she asked the students to pray together. She also reviewed the previous material. Finally, she told the materials which is going to teach to the students. The teacher told to the students that the material today is describing places.
The teacher wrote on the whiteboard what are usually discuss in the text of descriptive places, such as what is the name of the place?, where is it located?, how can we get there?, what is special about it?, what does the place offer us?, how does the place look like?, what can we do in the place?. From the teachers’ explanation on the whiteboard, the teacher divided what are usually in identification and what are usually in description. Then, the teacher asked the students to make a group consists of three until four students. The teacher gave a piece of paper which there is a text about Quba Mosque. The teacher asked students to discuss the text and answer the seven
time about twenty minutes. The students may make a question by themselves, if the answer of seven questions was not yet on the text. In teaching learning process the teacher said that “Jangan takut untuk membuat kalimat kalau ada kata yang tidak tau, nanti saya bantu”. After the students finished their discussion, the teacher asked them to come forward and read their result in front of the class. The teacher gave a score to each student’s performance. The teacher gave a score to the pronunciation of the students’ performance.
In the closing, the teacher gave evaluation to the students about the material that they learned. She asked the students’ difficulties from the material that they learned and the students answered that they difficult about the meaning of vocabulary and their lack of vocabulary. Then the teacher try to solve this problem, she asked them to opened their book on page fifty two and fifty seven there are some vocabulary there. After that, the teacher wrote some vocabularies on the whiteboard and gave the meaning and writes the spelling of the vocabulary. The last, the teacher gave homework to the students to rewrite the vocabulary on their book, give the meaning and write the spelling. She also gave a motivation to the students to learn more about the pronunciation and she closed the teaching by saying “Alhamdulillahirobbil’alamin” together with the students. Then, she leaved the class by saying Wassalamualaikum Wr. Wb and the students answered Wa’alaikumsalam Warahmatullah.

Researcher : Assalamualaikum bu. Teacher : Ya, Waalaikumsalam mbak.
Researcher : Maaf mengganggu waktunya sebentar bu, saya ingin bertanya-tanya tentang English club disini bu.
Teacher : O iya mbak silahkan, silahkan duduk dulu. Bagaimana mbak? Ada yang bisa saya bantu?
Researcher : Begini miss, apa itu English Club di MAN Karanganyar bu?
Teacher : English club itu adalah kelompok belajar di MAN Karanganyar yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam berbahasa inggris khususnya di speakingnya mbak.
Researcher : Apakah semua kegiatan di English club itu skill nya speaking semua bu? Teacher : Kebanyakan memang ditekankan di speaking mbak, soalnya kalau kegiatan di
kelas itu kegiatan speaking malah lebih sedikit dari pada reading atau writing. Padahal yang paling dibutuhkan siswa adalah cara berbicara bahasa inggris yang baik dan benar serta dengan rasa percaya diri yang cukup.
Researcher : Nah, bagaimana cara ibu meningkatkan rasa percaya diri siswa bu?
Teacher : Dengan membuat materi yang mudah dipahami sama siswa, dengan tehnik yang memang disukai sama siswa mbak. Jadi di English club ini saya membuat suasana kelas itu lebih nyaman untuk siswa, dibanyakin ngobrol atau bercanda sama siswa, sharing sharing gitu mbak tentang materi terkait.
Researcher : Materi yang digunakan di English club itu apakah mengacu pada kurikulum atau tidak bu?
Teacher : Tidak mbak. Kalau sekolah memang pakainya kurikulum 2013 tapi di English club ini saya sendiri yang membuat materinya karna memang saya sesuaikan sama kemampuan siswa dan topic yang sepertinya memang sedang diminati sama siswa.
Researcher : O gitu ya bu. Kalau kendala yang dihadapi sama ibu apa saja bu saat mengajar English club?
Teacher : Kendala yang saya hadapi paling ya masalah siswa yang kurang vocabulary nya, trus cara bacanya gitu mbak.
Researcher : Bagaimana cara ibu mengatasi masalah itu bu?
Teacher : Biasanya saya tulis kata-kata yang tidak dimengerti sama siswa itu di papan tulis mbak, trus saya kasih ejaan cara bacanya sama artinya. Setelah itu saya beri contoh dulu pertama kemudian siswa mengikuti.
Teacher : Kadang siswa itu kayak males-malesan gitu mbak soalnya kan ini ekstrakurikuler yang dilaksanakan di jam sore setelah pulang sekolah padahal mereka pulang sekolah juga udah lumayan sore mungkin karna capek juga mbak.
Researcher : Hemm iya bu. Kalau soal ketertarikan siswa dalam mengikuti English Club ini bagaimana bu?
Teacher : Siswa yang ikut English club itu sangat antusias mbak. Kebanyakan dari mereka memang tertarik untuk belajar bahasa inggris khususnya di speaking.
Researcher : Bedanya siswa yang mengikuti English Club dengan yang tidak mengikuti ini apa bu?
Teacher : Bedanya kalau yang mengikuti English club ini kebanyakan mereka memang lebih percaya diri untuk berbicara di depan kelas mbak pada saat proses belajar mengajar di kelas formal. Sebagian dari mereka yang mengikuti English club ini ada yang mengikuti lomba sampai tingkat provinsi mewakili sekolah mbak. Ada yang berani stand-up comedy di depan umum juga mbak. Ada yang saya ikutkan lomba membaca puisi berbahasa inggris juga.
Researcher : Wah bagus ya bu. Lalu bagaimana ibu mempromosikan English club kepada siswa yang belum mengikuti English club ini bu? Supaya mereka termotivasi untuk ikut.
Teacher : Saya kasih contoh mbak teman mereka yang sudah ikut itu lebih berani, lebih percaya diri gitu biar mereka juga pengen dan termotivasi untuk ikut English club.
Researcher : O gitu ya bu. Yasudah bu, terimakasih sepertinya yang saya butuhkan sudah cukup bu. Terimakasih untuk waktunya bu.
Teacher : Alhamdulillah kalau gitu mbak. Nanti kalau ada yang dibutuhkan lagi silahkan WA saya saja mbak ndak papa.

Researcher : Mbak mau interview kalian nih dek bentar aja gapapa kan? Students : Iya mbak nggak papa.
Researcher : Nama kalian siapa dek? Student 1 : Aku Namira mbak Student 2 : Aku Ritma mbak Students 3 : Kalau saya Alif mbak.
Researcher : Menurut kalian bahasa inggris itu gimana sih?
Student 1 : Menarik mbak. Bahasa inggris itu unik gampang gampang susah dipelajari. Student 2 : Susah mbak apalagi cara pengucapannya.
Student 3 : Enak mbak. Nanti kalau bisa bahasa inggris bisa ngomong sama orang luar negeri hehehe.
Student 1 : Sejak saya termotivasi sama tante saya yang bisa bahasa inggris trus bisa pergi keluar negeri mbak.
Researcher : Nah kalau Alif?
Student 3 : Sejak main game online mbak. Soalnya kalau game online itu kita komunikasi sama orang luar negri juga mbak.
Researcher : Trus dek, Tujuan kalian mengikuti English club ini apa?
Student 1 : Biar lebih lancar mbak kalau disuruh ngomong bahasa inggris di depan kelas, sama biar lebih percaya diri gitu.
Student 2 : Sama mbak kalau menurutku bahasa inggris itu susah makanya saya ikut english club ini biar bisa mbak.
Student 3 : Biar nambah kosakata mbak. Soalnya kalau lagi chattingan di game online sama orang luar negri kadang saya nggak ngerti artinya gitu hehehe. Sama biar tambah percaya diri mbak.
Researcher : Kalau bedanya di kelas regular sama di english club ini apa dek?
