from the following jurisdictions will be allowed to enter Luxembourg (including for business travel and tourism) subject to pre-arrival requirements: Australia, China, Japan, New Zealand, Rwanda, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore.

► Third-country nationals above the

age of 11 who wish to travel to Luxembourg by air from a country not included in the above list, including those with a temporary residence permit or a residence permit, must present a certificate confirming they tested negative for COVID-19 no more than 72 hours prior to travel. Exceptions exist for flight crew, individuals with a stopover flight in Luxembourg who do not leave the airport transit area.

► Travelers arriving from high-risk

areas are advised to quarantine for 10 days. A COVID-19 test is currently only mandatory if travelers display symptoms or if requested by the authorities.

► Third-country nationals residing in

Morocco are no longer allowed to enter Luxembourg as of 14 August 2020.

► Third-country nationals residing in

Uruguay are no longer allowed to enter Luxembourg as of 11 January 2021.

► Third-country nationals who are

ineligible to enter Luxembourg will remain barred from entry until 31 March 2021. There are limited exceptions to the entry ban, including for long-term residents, persons with a right of residence or who hold a national long-term visa issued by an EU or Schengen state, cross-border workers and

passengers in transit.

► In general, visitors and foreign non-

resident workers (i.e. Macau Blue Card Holders) are prohibited from entering Macau. Visitors and Blue Card holders who are residents of mainland China, Hong Kong or Taiwan will be prohibited from entering Macau if they have traveled overseas to locations other than mainland China, Hong Kong or Taiwan in the 21 days leading up to their proposed entry to Macau.

► Foreigners who were present in

mainland China 21 days prior to seeking entry to Macau may be granted an exemption from the entry restriction by the local authorities, on an exceptional, case- by-case basis.

► Macau residents, non-resident workers and visitors who are also residents of mainland China, Hong Kong or Taiwan, have to provide additional documents upon entry, depending on the jurisdiction of their departure: ► (a) mainland China (excluding places listed in

point b below): A negative nucleic acid test certificate issued by a qualified institution within seven days of the intended date of arrival is required for entry. There will be no quarantine requirement for travelers arriving from this jurisdiction.

► (b) Travelers who depart from or who have been in these listed places, in the 14 days leading up to their proposed entry, must provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate issued by a qualified institution within 7 days of the intended date of arrival and undergo a 14-day medical observation period at designated facility upon arrival in Macau: (1) Beijing: Chaoyang District (Dashanzi Community in Jiuxianqiao Subdistrict), Shunyi District (Nanfaxin Town, Gaoliying Town, Shengli Subdistrict, Nancai Town, Renhe Town); (2) Liaoning Province: Dalian City, Shenyang City; (3) Heilongjiang Province: Heihe City (Aihui District); (4) Hebei Province: Xingtai (Fenggang Subdistrict in Nangong City), Shijiazhuang City.

► (c) Taiwan: A negative nucleic acid test

certificate issued by a qualified institution within seven days of the intended date of arrival is required for entry. Travelers arriving from this jurisdiction will also be required to undergo a 14-day medical observation period upon arrival.

► (d) Hong Kong: A negative nucleic acid test

issued by a qualified testing agency recognized by the Hong Kong SAR government conducted within 24 hours of the intended date of arrival is required for entry. Travelers arriving from this jurisdiction will also be required to undergo a 21-day medical observation period upon arrival.

► (e) All other jurisdictions: Macau residents

arriving from these jurisdictions are required to show a negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test result certificate issued by a qualified institution within seven days of the intended date of arrival. They will also be required to undergo a 21-day medical observation period upon arrival. Non- resident workers and visitors traveling from these jurisdictions will be prohibited entry
