5. CAPÍTULO V ANÁLISIS DE LA INVESTIGACIÓN

5.1. Análisis General

5.1.1. Análisis de las Fases de los Proyectos

In addition to clinical skills and competence, leadership is a key part of all clinicians’ work, regardless of their professional sector. An NHS Clinical Leadership Framework105 with a pharmacy-specific framework was recently published, and is being further developed by community pharmacy employers and representative organisations so that it is applicable across all sectors.

The Royal Pharmaceutical Society, with input from APTUK, developed a Leadership Competency Framework for Pharmacy Professionals106 which applies to all pharmacy professionals at every stage of their professional journey: from the time they enter formal training, become qualified as a practitioner, and throughout their continuing professional development as experienced practitioners.

Figure 4 below provides a summary of the key frameworks used in post-registration career development within pharmacy in the UK, including the more holistic professional development frameworks and some examples of competency frameworks to support extended roles.
