Testing, Commissioning, and Handing over of a diesel generator set of capacity of 82.5 KVA, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz (400 KW at 0.8 pf lag) complete with diesel engine, water cooled radiator, self starting device, hospital grade silencer, batteries, battery charger, engine panel, base frame complete with anti-vibration mounts, diesel tank of 150 litre capacity, necessary fuel pipelines between engine and day tank of 150 litters, acoustic enclosure with Temperature sensor & alarm, and all connected accessories including standard set of tools comprising of spanners, adjusters, screw-drivers, etc. and spares oil filters ( 1 set ), air filter ( 1 set ), diesel filter ( 1 set ), lubricating oil and coolant as described in detailed technical specifications complete on turn key basis. Obtaining approval from government authorities/CEA/EI office. Engine shall develop required output at site conditions, complete with all standard accessories like engine instrument panel, battery with stand, control cables, D.G. Breaker 160A MCCB, cables between D.G. and D.G. control panels etc. confirming to B.S.2613/IS 4722. The amount quoted shall be all inclusive of following.

(a) Basic rate (b) Excise duty (c) Sale tax /VAT (d) Octroi

(e) Works contract tax if any (f) Any other duty etc.

(g) Cost of transport and storage cum erection

(h) Insurance for transit and storage

cum erection, 3rd party, Workmen compensation etc.

(i) Charges for erection, testing and commissioning of the DG set, including obtaining approval from statutory authorities.

(j) Cost of consumable like diesel, lubricant oil etc. for testing and commissioning of the set (approx 7hrs) & first fill of fuel on commissioning.

(k) Service tax

2. Design, supply, Installation, Testing,

and Commissioning of cubicle type AMF / control panel suitable for control of 82.5 KVA DG set above as per detailed technical specifications mentioned in Part I of the tender document, complete with all

necessary hardware, as directed. (See

AMF Panel sequence logic in Tech Speciation.) No Power change over switchgear is required.
