Align and drive HR Strategies to achieve business vision and goals
To manage the Human Resources Information System at the corporate office by supervising data input / reports, and providing information in a timely manner as requested by the Management.
Maintain staff records and confidentiality and performs duties of a highly confidential nature.
Develop recordkeeping and records management standards and rules, including those for electronic recordkeeping
Oversee the Data Archiving Unit for Record Scanning / keeping and ensure follow up where necessary. Regularly monitors the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of major work units of the office.
