DESCRIPTION
The fact that Eurasian Incorporated have more money than any other Corporation has never been in doubt. The fact that they are the most inefficient and badly organised Corporation is also undisputed. In the early 21st century, the European Union solidified into not only a bonded commercial group but also into a unified military force. The ties with the former United States were severed shortly after that when Europe considered itself powerful enough to no longer need any more Western support. Europe's arrogance led it into many conflicts spearheaded by the British with their penchant for conflict. By 2100 Europe was failing badly and seriously needed support. It had to look no further than its eastern borders for its saviour. Russia with its declining economy and underpowered military was eager to ally with Europe and since then Eurasian Incorporated has never looked back. The European business fat cats had carefully kept their fingers in many pies and, with support from Russia, E.I. grew to staggering power and influence.
With this success however came complacency. Although the E.I. administration retained high fiscal efficiency, even to this day the training of its troops is far from perfect. The incredible wealth generated by E.I. Citizens meant that few needed to, or were willing to join the Corporation in the capacity of Agents unless they thought they would enjoy themselves. The result being that although E.I. dominates the world's financial assets and has a good level of technology, the quality of its Agents is substandard. They seem to enjoy only the glamourous sides of their jobs and have no real interest in the groundwork. E.I. Agents are often found abusing their position and using their licenses for purposes they were never intended. In short E.I. represents money gone bad. The epitome of this is the pleasure world of Vastaag and the orbital cruise ship World View. These two symbols of human extravagance act as endless sources of revenue for E.I. These money spinners require intense policing by Agents, but naturally they queue up to volunteer, always seeing these missions as opportunities to have fun while keeping half an eye on the job at hand.
CORPORATE GOALS
Eurasian Incorporated defines the idea of the 20th century Corporation; they seek little more than global domination via commerce. E.I. would own every company and have their logo stamped on every household product if they could. It is little more than a financial juggernaught steaming through the modern world assimilating all it can and laying waste to everything else. If there is an opportunity E.I. will take it; their bureaucrats are fast, sharp and ruthless.
Morality has little importance to E.I., the exception being when the morals of others compromises the success of their campaigns. It sounds as though E.I. should own the world. That hasn't happened
for two main reasons. Firstly there is an ever growing population who simply hate Eurasian Inc. on principle and E.I. will find it very hard trying to get money from the hands of these individuals. Secondly, their executive Agents are, for the most part, ill trained and self-indulgent decadents who treat missions as opportunities to test weapons and cause chaos. E.I. can, of course, produce powerful Divisions and elite Agents but these are few and far between. E.I. is happy for the most part to continue their slow but steady financial conquest using their Agents to overcome barriers which cannot be conquered from behind a desk.
MIND-SET
The typical E.I. Agent thinks of himself first and the Corporation second. Agents will follow their mission brief in as much as it allows them to get paid and enjoy themselves. There is always a great deal of insubordination in the ranks and so powerful Agents are often used as Division leaders to make sure members do not stray from their tasks. E.I. are not stupid, they realise most of their field Agents are not really interested in the principles and goals of the Corporation but they do make it clear that there is no room for time wasters and failure to come up with the goods will result in demotion, restriction of privileges or even expulsion to the Old Cities. A typical Agent will own a large Spire apartment, be well paid and have the best food, drink and clothes. She will enjoy the

company of like minded individuals in an environment conducive to good living, extravagance and culture. In short E.I. Agents probably have the best lives that can be lived by modern standards; sound motivation to keep the Corporation strong. Although this is a shallow, dispassionate reason to work for the Corporation, it is successful and nowadays E.I. has no shortage of wannabe Agents who will gladly spy, infiltrate and kill in order to live a prestigious lifestyle within a Corporation which offers everything and anything.
OPERATIONAL METHOD
E.I. Agents love their work, they relish their positions as gun wielding Corporates and take great pleasure in executing their more exciting missions. They consider collateral damage an entertaining side effect but are aware of its possible consequences and take steps to ensure the mission is not put at risk without good reason.
Eurasian Inc. have fat wallets and use their cash to bypass many situations which would otherwise be awkward. They will pay informants rather than do research, and if that doesn’t work they are more than happy to make threats which they are more than willing to carry out.
E.I. Agents will use all means at their disposal regardless of their moral, political or legal repercussions. The trick is not getting caught.
