• No se han encontrado resultados

 Se fundamentó el concepto y el tratamiento de la Hipertensión arterial sistólica aislada con bases bibliográficas europeas, americanas y latinoamericanas, apoyados en guías prácticas clínicas para el diagnóstico y tratamiento.

 A través de la ficha de recolección de datos de las historias clínicas, se pudo determinar las variantes más frecuentes en el diagnóstico

de la patología y la terapéutica utilizada en el servicio de cardiología en el hospital José María Velasco Ibarra.

 El protocolo propuesto es una guía dirigida al personal médico, en la cual se diagnostica a un paciente con hipertensión arterial sistólica aislada y se establece el tratamiento basado en los recursos disponibles y existentes en el Hospital José María Velasco Ibarra y en el sistema de salud en Ecuador.

RECOMENDACIONES

 Poner en ejecución el protocolo de manejo para el control de tensión arterial sistólica en pacientes con hipertensión sistólica aislada, dirigido al personal de salud en el servicio de cardiología del hospital José María Velasco Ibarra.

 El personal de salud deberá utilizar los recursos terapéuticos y diagnósticos disponibles en el cuadro básico de salud para el control adecuado de la tensión arterial sistólica en pacientes con hipertensión arterial sistólica aislada en el hospital José María Velasco Ibarra de la ciudad del Tena.
