2.9 Conclusiones
Mediante ensayos de reología dinámica se encontró que las dos rutas planteadas para el mejoramiento de los geles obtenidos a partir de plasma humano (PH): mezcla con alginato de sodio y aumento de la concentración del fibrinógeno en el PH, empleando plasma humano crioconcentrado (PHCC), arrojan resultados favorables, siendo el PHCC el material con un comportamiento más cercano al de un sólido elástico.
Se encontró que la mezcla ya sea de PH o PHCC con alginato de sodio interfiere en la formación de la estructura tridimensional del mismo, lo cual se vio reflejado en una disminución de sus propiedades elásticas respecto a los geles obtenidos a las mismas concentraciones de alginato de sodio pero diluido solo en agua destilada.
