I am studying for the MBA (Masters in Business Administration) degree at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University Business School. This degree requires that I conduct a study in my preferred field of interest, which is education management. I have decided to investigate how the performance of Senior Management Teams (SMTs) of schools could be improved and believe my study will make an important contribution to improving teaching and learning in our schools.
