Actual Fact/Conclusion: On 02.12.2012 at morning, the Querent/Native has informed me that lost money issue has been resolved. Actually there is mistake in books of accounts (two cash transactions entries of IN & OUT mistakenly not entered in cash books) and the native/querent found the mistake when Moon has crossed the star of Rahu i.e. around 01:00 AM on 02.12.2012.
Learning Facts: 11th CSL Venus has conjoined to Saturn in horary chart. And Saturn is karak planet for mistakes and posited in the star of Rahu. Venus also posited in the star of Rahu. Rahu conjoined to Sun who occupied in 3. 3rd
house indicates communication, calculation, memory, writing etc. The issue of lost money resolved after proper communication and deep verification of books of accounts. So, in KP if we go in depth analysis, pin-point prediction can be made successfully. Pranaam to Guruji !

I am presenting herewith the series of articles which are published in my Marathi book “Vivah Yoga” for the sake of readers who don’t understand Marathi properly and want to enjoy the results of 4 step theory.
Chart no.2: Female D.O.B. :27-06-1971 T.O.B. : 23-38 PM
P.O.B.: Thane, 19N12; 72E59
This chart belongs to the second daughter of my good friend (late) Mr.Karulkar. The predictions for the marriage period of his first daughter was perfectly predicted by me hence he has enquired the possible period of marriage of his second daughter. The native was completed her 24th year. And now father was eager to get her married at an earlier date.
I have analyzed the chart and told him that the marriage will be late and will be celebrated during year 1998. I have specified the period which was about 3 years ahead. Let’s check how the period was predicted.
The native was running Sun Dasa from 6th Sept. 1993to1999. Let’s check the signification of dasalord Sun, it is as follows:

Sri Sunil Gondhalekar is the inventor of 4 Step Theory. He developed this theory in 1990 after many years of painstaking research. Sri Gondhalekar is a mechanical engineering diploma holder, who has also studied KP technique from 1980 and is the winner of many awards and titles. From 1993, he is the editor of a Marathi language magazine of astrology: ‘Nakshatrache Dene’, published from Maharashtra, India. He has also published various books on astrology in Marathi such as ‘Vivaha Yoga’, courses on KP, Nakshatra Sandesh, Nakshatra Prabha, Nakshatra Triveni.

The aspect of Mars on seventh house, Uranus is in 7th house indicating the delay in marriage also dasalord signifies negating house such as 4th and 6th (due to Rahu in Moon star) hence I have jumped to Mercury Bhukti which is from 25th June 1997 to 1st May 1998. Now let us check the signification of Mercury which is as follows :

Here Bhuktilord signifies 2nd house on 2-3-4 step and also supporting house 5th on first step due to near the cusp.
Dasalord signifies 7-2 houses and Bhuktilord signifies 2-5 houses so to complete the chain we need such a planet who signifies 11th houses. If you look at the significations of all planets you will find that there are two planets-Mars and Jupiter who signifies 11th house.

Both these planets are capable to give the marriage but to select the perfect one, some may use Ruling planets but myself avoid the use of Ruling planets. In this case myself use Tatwa theory. In this case native is having Kumbha lagna which is a fixed sign indicates second choice hence I selected Jupiter Antara which is operating from 2nd Feb 1998 to 13th March 1998.
Mars signifies 3-9 houses indicates the fixation of marriage during antara period. Actually the marriage was celebrated on 16th Feb. 1998. My prediction hits the bulls eye.

Chart no.3-Male D.O.B.:01-06-1968 T.O.B.:13-26 PM
P.O.B.: Mumbai; 18N58; 72E50
The native of this chart was not known to me nor it was shown by his relatives but the chart was brought by a person who wants to check marriage proposal for his daughter. This person was known to me.
During the judgments the native was running Venus dasa from 4-01-1997 to 2017. And Venus Bhukti was up to 06-05-2000. Venus dasa was started at the age of 29. So decided to check why such delay is observed. The previous dasa was of Ketu and it signifies as follows:

In the chart lord of 7th is Saturn-a delaying planet, and Moon is in Saturn star,7th sub Sun is associated with Mars, Hence marriage period may extend to the age of 28. In actual Ketu/Mercury period was suggesting the marriage period but my Guruji always points out that when dasa is about to end then how the last period will give fructification? One more point was that next dasa of Venus is Karaka for marriage. So let’s check signification of Venus, it is as follows:

Both Moon and Rahu signifies 2-8 houses and being a fixed lagna sign and Nodes are stronger than the planets,I have selected Rahu Antara which is from 14-03-1998 to 14-09-1998. This native got married on 16-02-1998.This native is a son in law of my friend whose daughter’s chart is discussed as chart no.2 previously.
In this case I was surprised that Mercury was the only significator of 7th house doesn’t offered marriage in its Antara period. When we cross-check the chart it is found that marriage was performed in Mars antara and Mercury sookshma, thus completing the chain in sookshma period.
Now we will refer to next chart.
It was Saturday. I came in office and started my pending works. The Moon star was also of Saturn. A person came to my office for marriage possibility of his daughter. The birth details were as follows: Chart no.4-Female
D.O.B.: 28-01-1976 T.O.B.: 03-50 AM P.O.B.: 19N03; 72E52
At the time of judgment (26-06-1999;9-30 AM, Thane)the native was under Venus dasa till 16-02- 2001.Let’s check the signification of Venus, it is as follows:

Sub lord of 7th is Mars and Mars in 7th house (in lagna chart) indicating delay for marriage so I skipped Mercury bhukti and checked the signification of next Ketu bhukti. It is as follows:

Sun, Rahu and Jupiter were significators of 11th house, since lagna is of fixed sign so I have fixed the second choice of Rahu as antaralord. Signification of Rahu is as follows:

In the meantime the querist came to my office with some another fellow and informed me that the engagement ceremony performed in Dec. 1999 and marriage will be celebrated during May-June 2000. As usual the querent has not informed me the date of marriage. But my prediction again gives me success. We will discuss more charts in next series.
