Read Password Optional. Read password for the queue.

Write Password Optional. Write password for the queue.

Max Message Depth Optional. Maximum number of messages that can be stored in the queue.

Default: 5000.

Max. Message

Length Optional. Default = 30000 Bytes. Maximum length of messages that can be stored in the queue.

Max. File Depth Optional. Maximum number of files that can be stored in the queue.

Default: 5000.

Queue Mode Whether the queue can be opened in shared mode:

Name of the queue for temporary holding the queued messages.

Name of the local queue on which prepared messages destined for a remote queue are temporarily stored

Default Priority Default priority of messages/files on the queue.

Range: [0 (min.) ... 9 (max.)]

Success Event Name Name of the event that will be triggered if a file/message has been transmitted.

Success Event Group Name

If a file/message has been transmitted, it is the name of the group that the event belongs to.

Fail Event Name Name of the event that will be triggered if a file/message has not been transmitted.

Fail Event Group Name

If a file/message has not been transmitted, it is the name of the group that the event belongs to.

Group Name for Submit Events

Name of the group assigned by the

application to the event associated with the automatic submit defined by this queue.

Harden Get Backout Whether hardening should be used to ensure that the count of the number of times that a message/file has been backed out is accurate.

Value Description BACKOUT_NOT_HARDENED

Default. The count is not hardened

BACKOUT_HARDENED

The count is hardened

Inhibit Get Specifies whether get operations are allowed Value Description

Trigger Depth Number of messages/files that will initiate a trigger message/file to the initiation queue.

Trigger Priority Threshold message/file priority that a message must have before it can cause, or be counted for, a trigger event.

Range: [0 (min.) ... 9 (max.)]

Trigger Data User data that the queue manager includes in the trigger message/file

Usage Specifies whether the queue is for normal usage or for transmitting messages/file to a remote queue.

Field Description

User Flag Field used for to classify queues into user defines categories. SPAZIO does not validate the entered value.

Message Delivery Sequence

Only for z/OS.

Mode in which messages/files are delivered.

FIFO Messages/files are

Automatic submit attribute. This field identifies the way in which a batch job or an on line procedure event starts when a file is written into the queue.
