4.2.2 DIAGRAMA DE CASOS DE USO
Based on the findings of this study, I recommend that this hospital: i) Reviews the current VAP infection prevention strategies.
ii) Identifies sources of potential pathogens of VAP within the ICU milieu
iii) Develops an antibiotic use policy to guide prescribers and regulate use of antibiotics.
iv) Carry out further studies to establish susceptibility patterns of the individual antimicrobial agents commonly used in this ICU.
