My Analysis:
11th CSL is Venus.

Venus signifies 2,8,11, so she will come back for sure.

Under medical astrology kidney problem is one of the major problems of health and K.P system has dealt in depth with all aspects of it conclusively. Now I would like to analyze, with the help of K.P system and its rules, the chart of an individual who had undergone kidney transplantation. A kidney transplant is a surgical procedure to place a functioning kidney from a donor into a person whose kidneys no longer function properly. Our kidneys remove excess fluid and waste from the blood. When kidneys lose their filtering ability, dangerous levels of fluid and waste accumulate in the body — a condition known as kidney failure. A kidney transplant is often the best treatment for kidney failure.
The disease related to kidneys and its allied problems fall mainly under the purview of Libra - the 7th house in natural zodiac. The three main planets connected with this are Venus, Jupiter and Moon. Mars governs the urinary system and Venus in specific kidneys. If Mars and Venus are adversely effected by unfavorable planets in watery signs viz., Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces, one may suffer from kidney troubles and urinary disorders. If Moon falls in 6th bhava, a watery sign and connected with Mercury which again is placed in watery sign, it will surely indicate urinary problems.
In medical astrology the main houses related to disease are 6, 1, 8 and 12 and its significators.
Ascendant- indicates physical aspects of the body. Sixth house indicates – disease. 8th house indicates danger or accident or seriousness of the disease. 12th house indicates hospitalization or treatment elsewhere.
The other related houses are 5th (12th to 6th house) indicates cure and control of the disease, 11th house indicates treatment and cure.
K.P rules say that
1) If the Ascendant cusp sub lord or 6th cusp sub lord is the significator of 6 or 8 or 12 or the star lord in which the sub lord is posited is in any way connected to 6 or 8 or 12 the disease is caused.
2) The nature of the disease is indicated by the 6th house and its cusp sub lord. If the cusp sub lord happens to be or the star lord in which the said sub lord is posited in --
A) Saturn- it indicates that the disease will be chronic, B) Mars- acuteness, C) Mercury- complications, D) Rahu- complication in diagnosis and also in the process of treatment and E) Jupiter – quick and direct in action.
3) The disease will arise during the conjoined period of the significator of 1 & 6; or 1 & 8; or 1 &12.
4) The cure will be indicated during conjoined period of the significator of 5 or 7 or 11.

2) 6th cusp sub lord is Moon. Moon is a watery planet placed in Pisces a watery sign -10th houses. Moon is in Mercury star and Rahu sub. The SBL Rahu is placed in 10th with 6th cusp sub lord Moon. Thus the 6th cusp sub lord Moon signifies ascendant-physical health, 12 cusp sub lord is Venus. Venus is the lord of 5 and 12 placed in 8th house. Venus is in the star and sub of Rahu. No planet is posited in Venus stars and hence Venus strongly signifies 12th house.The STL and SBL Rahu is placed in 10th. Thus Venus signifies kidneys and 8- seriousness of the disease, 12-hospitalisation, 10- karma sthana, 5th - control of the disease, and 7th -treatment by doctors.
It is evident from the above, that the native is destined to suffer from urinary and kidneys problems, with hospitalization, treatment by doctors and cure.
Other important signs related to this disease of kidneys and urinary problems are 7th and 8th. In the native’s chart the 7th cusp sub lord is Jupiter which rules Sagittarius which is also the lord of Pisces. Jupiter is karaka for kidneys and Pisces is a watery sign.
The 8th house is Capricorn which is ruled by Saturn a restrictive planet placed in 6th house.
Mars the 6th lord is placed in 11th directly aspects the 6th cusp and 6th cusp sub lord Saturn.
Dasa analysis
The disease started during the main Dasa of Venus in the month of August 2007. Venus made him to be hospitalized, with all the seriousness of urinary problems (8) and kidneys (7).
The bhukthi lord Mars from Sep 2006 to Nov 2007 signifies 6, 7 and 10, all the relevant houses for the problem.
The antar Dasa lord Venus (from 6-7-2007 to15-9-2007) signifies hospitalization (12), problems and operation (8), treatment by doctors (7), medicines (2), change of medicines (3) and cure by treatment (5).
The sookshma lord Jupiter (co rules 5, 7 11) (from11-8-2007 to 21-8-2007) – a karaka planet for kidneys signifying 5 and 11 gave him cure by treatment along with suffering (9- badhaka sthana adhipathi for Gemini lagna).
Sun transited in Leo rasi on Venus star (antara lord) during said period.
