From the Levites there were three CHOSEN tribes who did the work of serving at the tabernacle

and all concerning the things which had to do with the tabernacle, the place where ALL could meet God, the Body of Christ; the church of God. Not all the levites were responsible for the holy things and the most holy things, no there was a special tribe who was set over the responsibility for the Holy and the most Holy place. From all the Levites, there were three Levitic tribes who were responsible for the tabernacle and these were: the Gershonites, Merarites and the Kohatites.

This tabernacle is a shaduw type and image of the Body of Christ and its structures are from

God designed and planned. The structures for the individual stones as living temples, the structures for the Body of Christ nationaly, internationaly and world wide; although here are still some other stuctures which we wil not discuss in this book. This is still to far away on Gods agenda and first things first. The STRUCTURE* which we find here in the tabernacle is the STRUCTURE* which we have to find back in the “BODY OF CHRIST” nationally, internationally and WORLD WIDE.

* STRUCTURE of FUNCTIONALITY and AUTHORITY AS SERVANTS.

If not, than we are not building at the souls and the body of Christ as that Father God WILLS that we build; and else I have no idea what we are building at, but surely not THE BODY OF CHRIST. Do we actually know what we are building at, do we realy and truly know what we are doing, or are we just doing what WE LIKE? A preaching here a preahing there, well if it sounds spirituall, it must be okay! Did Jesus tell you where what and how? Do you really understand who are ALLOWED to work at the tabernacle on the command and the instructions of Aaron?

You have to be AT LEAST A LEVITE, to be able to get an assignment and to be put in action

through God and the Spirit of God and to be allowed to help to build at HIS TEMPLE, HIS BRIDE, THE BODY OF CHRIST AND HIS KINGDOM! And a LEVITE is SPIRITUALLY a man and woman of God who “CLEAVES” to His heart, yes he/she cleaves to the lover of their soul and the Lord God cleaves to you. ONLY THAN WHEN WE CLEAVE TO HIM, we will MAYBE BE

CHOSEN TO ASSIST TO SERVE and to work at the TEMPLE OF GOD; the tabernacle, the

little building stone which we are, the body of Christ in a city and its spiritual temple or even the temple of the Body of Christ over a Nation or over Nations. There is a lot of work which has to be done, yes but not through someone who is 1- NOT A LEVITE and 2 NOT CHOSEN!

Numbers 18:7 Therefore thou and thy sons with thee shall keep your priest's office for every thing

of the altar, and within the vail; and ye shall serve: I have given your priest's office unto you as a service of gift: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.

Ezekiel 44:8 And ye have not kept the charge of mine holy things: but ye have set keepers of my

charge in my sanctuary for yourselves.

Numbers 1:51 And when the tabernacle setteth forward, the Levites shall take it down: and when

the tabernacle is to be pitched, the Levites shall set it up: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.

The work around the tabernacle is majory therefore that you are able to come into a love

realtionship with God and that you come to a RULERSHIP over your spirit, soul and body and that your temple becomes full of the gloriouis TRANSFORMING presence of the Lord our God. Every LEVITE, which is been CHOSEN through Aaron (Jesus) and his sons to do a service and a work at the tabernacle received EXACT INSTRUCTIONS what, where and when what to do. In the next Volume of Joshua we will go much deeper in all of this, but now we go something deeper into the meaning of the names of Aaron and his sons who were RESPONSIBLE AND PLACED IN AUTHORITHY AS PRIESTS FROM FATHER GOD OVER ALL THE WORK OF THE LEVITES.

Numbers 3:1-4 These also are the generations of Aaron and Moses in the day that the LORD spake with Moses in mount Sinai. 2 And these are the names of the sons of Aaron; Nadab the firstborn, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar. 3 These are the names of the sons of Aaron, the priests which were anointed, whom he consecrated to minister in the priest's office. 4 And Nadab and Abihu died before the LORD, when they offered strange fire before the LORD, in the wilderness of Sinai, and they had no children: and Eleazar and Ithamar ministered in the priest's office in the sight of Aaron their father.

We come now to the meaning of the names of the priest and you will see than how beautifully

they express the character of father God.

AARON = LIGHT BRINGER = PRINCE OF LIGHT ╬ NADAB =- GENEROUS, KIND BIGHEARTED ╬ ABIHU = HE IS (MY) FATHER" GOD IS FATHER

ELEAZAR = GOD HAS HELPED, GOD HELPS

ITHAMAR = COAST OF PALMS, LAND OF PALMS, AN OASE IN THE DESERT

These sons were specially CHOSEN and annointed to serve with daddy Aaron, as PRIEST

before God and they were given to Moses to help him to DO THE WORK which has to be done to ACCOMPLISH GODS WILL. After lighting strange fire from Nadab and Abihu God had to JUDGE and they died. That is why there are two crosses before their names. So we see that only two sons from Aaron the LEVITE serve as priests and are taking care over the responsebility over the work and all what had to do with the tabernacle. In all of this are Aaron and his sons a TYPE of Jesus Christ, the Son of the living almighty God; REPRESENTING JESUS AS OUR HEAVENLY PRIEST AND KING.
