Examples of recommended installation for ecoGEO HP heat pumps are included in this section. Note that the examples of installations that are included below are only indicative schemes and that the installation of additional elements may be necessary (valves, connecting elements, etc.). The design of the installation must be performed by qualified personnel and in accordance with applicable local regulations.

14. WARRANTY
Ecoforest Geotérmia (hereinafter ECOFOREST) guarantees this product for two (2) years from the date of purchase against defects in manufacture and materials. Additionally, the warranty of the compressor and the inverter is extended by up to 4 (four) years from the date of purchase.
Responsibility by ECOFOREST is limited to the supply of equipment, which must be properly installed, following the instructions contained in the publications delivered when acquiring the product and in accordance with the laws in force.
Installation of the equipment must be performed by authorised personnel, who will assume full responsibility for the final installation and subsequently the proper functioning of the product. There shall be no liability on the part of ECOFOREST in the event that these precautions are not taken. Installations in public places are subject to the specific regulations for each zone.
It is essential to carry out a test run of the equipment before installation can be considered finished.
ECOFOREST ensures that all its products are manufactured with high quality materials and manufacturing techniques that guarantee optimum efficiency.
If during normal use of the equipment damaged or defective parts are detected, the replacement of these parts shall be provided free of charge by the distributor who completed the sale or the reseller for the relevant area.
For products sold abroad such replacements will also be carried out free of charge at our establishment, except where there are special agreements with the distributor of our products abroad.
CONDITIONS AND VALIDITY OF THE WARRANTY
In order for this warranty to be considered valid the following conditions must be verified.
The purchaser must return the warranty sheet and a copy of the purchase invoice or receipt within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase. The seller must guarantee the date of purchase and be in possession of a valid tax document.
Installation and commissioning of the unit must be performed by an authorised technician who is deems the technical characteristics of the installation to which the equipment is connected to be suitable. Such installation shall comply with the instructions in the installation and operating manual that is supplied with the product.
The equipment must be used as indicated in the installation and operating manual that is supplied with the product.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Adverse weather conditions, chemicals and/or misuse of the product, lack of maintenance, modifications to or tampering of the equipment and other causes that do not derive from the product.
Improper transportation of the product. It is recommended that a careful check of the goods be performed at the time of receipt and, if any damage to the product is detected, notify the seller immediately and record any anomalies on the delivery note, including the copy for the carrier. The purchaser has 24 (twenty four) hours to submit a complaint in writing to the dealer and/or carrier.
Product returns will only be accepted if previously accepted in writing by ECOFOREST, and the product is in perfect condition and is returned in its original packaging together with a copy of the delivery note and invoice if applicable, with postage prepaid, as well as a signed letter accepting these conditions.
All those parts subject to wear are excluded from the guarantee, except in the event of a manufacturing defect.
All those installation components not supplied by ECOFOREST, in addition to configurations that have to be made during installation, are excluded from the warranty.
Masonry work and/or plumbing that are required for the installation of equipment are excluded from the warranty.
This warranty is only valid for the purchaser and cannot be transferred. The replacement of parts does not extend the warranty of the equipment.
No compensation will be given arising from the inefficiency of the equipment due to the improper sizing of the installation.
This is the only valid warranty and no one is allowed to adopt other warranties in the name or on behalf of ECOFOREST.
ECOFOREST will not grant any compensation for direct or indirect damage caused by the product or derived from it.
The request for intervention must be directed to the premises of the seller of the product.
ECOFOREST reserves the right to make changes to their manuals, warranties and prices without the need to provide notifications.

Data that must be included in the suggestion or complaint: Name and address of the supplier.
Name, address and telephone number of the installer. Name address and telephone number of the purchaser. Invoice and/or receipt.
Date of installation and initial commissioning of the equipment. Serial number and model of the equipment.
Control, revisions and routine maintenance accompanied by the dealer's stamp.
Be sure to clearly explain the reason for your inquiry, providing all the information you consider necessary to prevent misunderstandings from occurring.
Interventions during the warranty period envisage repairs to be made the equipment free of charge, pursuant to current legislation.
JURISDICTION
Both parties, through the simple fact of sending and accepting orders are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Vigo, and expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may apply, even in the case of payments made in another Spanish municipality or in a different country.
