4.4.1. Indicadores de gestión
In the TMW, by choosing Condition Setup – Migration (Shift+F5) a screen is displayed where the initial conversion of the entries in the Brazilian tax tables to condition records can be started and it can be checked whether all entries are successfully converted.

4.17.1 Check Conditions (Verificação de Condições)
The entries in the table of the selected line in the list of tax rate tables can be checked for correspond- ing condition records by choosing Condition Records – Check Conditions (F5) or pressing the but- ton in the application toolbar. For each entry in the respective table it is checked (based on the Cus- tomizing in the mapping tables J_1BVIEWMAP and J_1BTXCOND) whether corresponding condition records exist. The selections made in the Application group determine whether the conditions for the application TX (used in materials management) or V (used in sales and distribution) are being checked.
As entradas na tabela da linha selecionada na lista de tabelas de taxa de imposto podem ser conferidas para os registros de condição correspondentes através da opção Registros de Condição > Check Condições (F5) ou clicando em na barra de ferramentas da aplicação. Para cada entrada na tabela respectiva é feita a verificação (baseado na customizaçãodas tabelas de mapeamento J_1BVIEWMAP e J_1BTXCOND) se registros de condições correspondentes existem. As seleções fizeram no grupo de Aplicação determina se as condições para a aplicação o TX (usado em administração de materiais) ou V (usado em vendas e distribuição) estão sendo verificadas.
The entries and the numbers of the corresponding conditions are displayed in the ALV list. By double- clicking a condition record number a modeless popup window is displayed that contains detailed infor- mation about the condition record from the corresponding entries in the DDIC tables KONH and KONP. The screenshot in Figure 4-16 shows an example.
As entradas e os números correspondentes das condições são exibidos em um relatório ALV. Clicando duas vezes em um registro de condição uma popup é mostrada a qual contém informações detalhadas sobre o registro de condição da entrada correspondente nas tabelas de DDIC KONH e KONP. A tela da Figura 5 11 mostra um exemplo.
The traffic lights icon in the leftmost column of the ALV list indicates whether for each field in the table line that is to have a corresponding condition record exists a condition (green), that no conditions exist so far (red), or that only some fields have corresponding conditions (yellow). The icon in the leftmost column of the table control with all Brazilian tax tables gives a summary of the check: The magnifying- glass indicates that the respective table has not been checked yet since the transaction was started. Green traffic lights mean that every entry in the table has all corresponding condition records; red means that at least one entry has no condition records so far; yellow means that at least one line has only some converted fields.
O ícone de semáforos na coluna mais à esquerda no relatório ALV indica se para cada campo na linha da tabela que tem um registro de condição correspondente existe uma condição (verde), caso não existe nanhuma condição (vermelho), ou que só alguns campos têm condições correspondentes (amarelo). O ícone na coluna mais à esquerda da tabela com todas as tabelas de imposto brasileiras dá um sumário de verificação: O ícone indica que a respectiva tabela ainda não foi verificada desde que a transação foi iniciada. registros de condição correspondentes; vermelho significa que pelo menos uma entrada tem nenhum registro de condição e amarelo significa que pelo menos uma linha tem só alguns campos convertidos.
4.17.2 Convert Tax Data to Condition Records (Conversão de Dados de
Impostos para Registros de Condição)
By choosing Condition Records – Convert (F6) or pressing the button in the application toolbar, the conversion of tax records to conditions is started. It is prerequisite that all customizing of the mapping tables described in this section is already done; otherwise errors are being issued. The selection made in the group Conversion Options determines the mode of conversion. If the first option is chosen, every field is converted in any case, no matter if there already exists a corresponding condition record. If the second option is chosen, the user is asked in case of the previously described situation. If the third op- tion is chosen, only the fields are converted that do not have corresponding condition records so far. Escolhendo Preparação da Condição > Migração > Tabela de Impostos para Condições (F6) ou clicando no botão na barra de ferramentas da aplicação, a conversão de registros de imposto para condições é iniciada. É pré-requisitado que todo o customizing do mapeamento de tabelas descrito nesta seção já esteja concluído, caso contrário serão emitidos erros. A seleção feita nas Opções de Conversão de grupo determina a forma de conversão. Se a primeira opção for escolhida, todo campo é convertido em qualquer caso, não importa se lá já existe um registro de condição correspondente. Se a segunda opção for escolhida, o usuário é perguntado no caso da situação descrita anteriormente. Se a terceira opção é escolhida, só os campos que não têm registros de condição são convertidos.
