Business Interests

None of our Group Companies and Entities has remained defunct and no application has been made to the Registrar of Companies for striking-off their name from the register of companies, during the five years preceding the date of filing of the Draft Prospectus.

Interest in promotion of our Company

Except as disclosed in chapter titled “History and Certain Corporate Matters” on page 98 of the Draft Prospectus, none of our Group Companies and Entities are interested in the promotion of our Company.

Interest in the property of our Company

Except as disclosed in the chapters titled “Business Overview” and “Related Party Transactions” beginning on pages 80 and 125 of the Draft Prospectus, our Group Companies and Entities do not have any interest in any property acquired by or proposed to be acquired by our Company two years prior to filing of the Draft Prospectus.
