Please include a high level project plan covering the period from award of business to the commencement of the programme (a significant development time and collaboration between awarding the contract, gaining HCPC approval and starting to deliver the programme is anticipated), detailing activities, timelines, milestones and resource requirements. Please also provide a basic programme delivery structure.
