this program will help you meet the english level requirements for Les Roches. once you have enrolled, you will start a special program of 2 semesters that combines an english language program with the first semester of the bachelor degree (bba 1). we will make sure that you have relevant english language skills including: comprehension, listening, writing and speaking, so that your english will reach a toefL 550 (ieLts 5.5) - equivalent by the time you start semester 4. we will tie this in with an introduction to hospitality through classes and craft-based learning (bba 1). after 4 years, you will receive your bachelor of business administration (bba) in international hotel management with the option to choose your specialization, as outlined in this brochure.

1. normally 18 years old and above. students can be under that age provided they are 18 years old by the time they start their first internship.
2. a completed application form with all pertinent attachments and an application fee of 300 euros.
3. a complete cv, pre-study plan, a brief essay stating the reasons why you choose to study hospitality management at Les Roches marbella, and a post study plan stating your future professional goals after graduating.
4. an official copy of your high school diploma or equivalent. students must have completed their full higher secondary education (ib, a levels, 2º bachillerato, abitur, baccaulareate, gymnasium, or the high school diploma) or at least six years of secondary education and provide evidence, supported by complete information on the school, including school transcript and/or certificate of public examination (including an explanatory note of the grading system).
5. if english is not your mother tongue or if you have not spent the last 3 years in an english-taught school, please provide an official certificate and scores:
5.1. toefL: minimum score of 400 points for acceptance into the bba with intensive english & service program, minimum score of 500 points on the paper based test or 61 ibt for acceptance into the bba in international hotel management.
5.2. for a list of additional equivalent english language certificates, please refer to the english Language equivalency table on page 77.
5.3. all english certificates must have been issued in the last 12 months prior to admission. if on application, your official english test results are not available, applicants will be required to take the Les Roches marbella english entrance exam, and provide your official english results thereafter.
6. a valid medical certificate.
bacheLoR of business administRation compLetion (direct entry to semester 4, 6 or 7)
1. a completed application form with all pertinent attachments and an application fee of 300 euros (for new students only).
2. students must hold one of the following:
2.1. Les Roches hotel management diploma.
2.2. senior year status (completion of 3 years of university studies) in a hospitality or tourism program with 80 transferable usa credits or 180 ects and corresponding internship experience
2.3. diploma of a hotel school or other recognized diploma with minimum of 2.5-year program accepted by Les Roches marbella.
2.4. applications from students wishing to transfer from other programs will be considered.
3. students from other hotel schools will be considered for entry into this program. appropriate entry level will be determined according to their qualifications. in order to make a formal academic evaluation, candidates are required to submit an official program outline and transcript of previous studies (transcripts/certificates must be written in english, if they are not you need to have them translated).
4. copies of work experience certificates in the hotel industry, if applicable.
5. if english is not your mother tongue or if you have not spent the last 3 years in an english-taught school, please provide an official certificate and scores:
5.1. toefL: minimum score of 550 points for the paper-based test or 79-80 on the internet-based test.
5.2. for a list of additional equivalent english language certificates, please refer to the english Language equivalency table on page 77.
5.3. all english certificates must have been issued in the last 12 months prior to admission. if on application, your official english test results are not available, applicants will be required to take the Les Roches marbella english entrance exam, and provide your official english results thereafter.

3. a complete cv, pre-study plan, a brief essay stating the reasons why you choose to study hospitality management at Les Roches marbella, and a post study plan stating your future professional goals after graduating.
4. must hold a bachelor degree from an accredited institution of higher learning in any non-hospitality field or have over three years of documented work experience at an appropriate level (transcripts/certificates must be written in english, if they are not you need to have them translated). non-degree holders will receive a professional development diploma or professional development higher diploma.
5. a reference letter of a professional or academic nature.
6. if you are not a native english speaker, or if you have not spent the last three years in an english-taught school, please enclose one of the following:
6.1. toefL: minimum score of 500 points for the paper-based test or 61 for the internet-based test.
