On the program strategies insufficient skills to conduct anti-illegal drug operations that leads for continuous flow of trafficking of illegal drugs in barangay, is the major problem. As reflected on the table the aggregated mean of all the program strategies is 3.60 which means that the respondents generally agreed that the problems encountered in anti-illegal drugs campaign is serious in terms of the programs strategies.

As indicated on the table, the aggregated mean of all the program resources is 3.65, which means the respondents generally agreed the anti- illegal campaign is serious in terms of the program resources

To sum it up as indicated on the table, the problems encountered of anti-illegal drug campaign of barangay central Signal Village Taguig City in terms of the Program Objectives, Strategies and Program Resource is Serious

The Null Hypothesis states that there is no significant difference in the assessment of PNP-SAID SOTG and Central Signal Taguig and Central Signal Taguig Personnel on the anti-illegal drugs program, problems encountered and the corresponding measures in terms of Program Objectives, Program Strategies and Program resources

To test the hypothesis, two-tailed test was used with 95% level of confidence. The decision rule is to reject Ho if the computed value of t is greater than or equal to the

table value of 1.960. As reflected on the table the computed value of t is 1.446 which falls under the acceptance region. Therefore as the test statistics suggests, there is no significant difference in the assessment between the PNP Taguig City Station and Barangay Central Signal Taguig Personnel on the anti-illegal drugs program, problems encountered, and the corresponding measures in terms of program objectives, program strategies, program resources.
