Jyothisa  Acharya,  ,  Nadi  Jyothisa  Kesari  (JKR)  Dr.NVRA  Raja,  popularly  known  as  JUNIOR  MEENA–2  is  an  eminent  philosopher,  counselor  and  practicing  Astrologer  for  the  past  19  years. He is in Mining profession for the past 30 years. His academic track record includes his  successful  pursuits  MA  in  Astrology,  M.A.in  Philosophy&  Religion,  PG  Diploma  in  Business  Management and PhD in Astrology. Dr. N V RA Raja had been interested in the phenomenon  of occult right from the very beginning. He had the fortune of guidance of his father Sri N V  Raghava Chary (Meena 2) who did 60 years of research jyothisa particularly in Stellar   Astrology  (Naadi)  and  published  Nadi  Jyothisa  (Meena  system)  along  Meena  1(Sri. Out of the three drekkanas in a rasi or sign only one drekkana is Superior or Uttamma. The following are the Uttamadrekkanas:

1. Chara Rasi(Movable Sign)- First Drekkana will become Uttama Drekkana 2. Sthira Rasi(fixed sign)-Second drekkana will become Uttama drekkana 3. Ubhaya Rasi(Dual) sign- Third drekkana will become Uttama Drekkana.

The aforesaid drekkanas contain a Vargothama Pada (1pada out of three) and other two padas of theUttamadrekkana are classified as parivarthana padas. The parivarthana padas are next in importance to vargothama pada. It is significant to note that the places 1,5,and 9 are important in a chart and have to be scrutinised for predictions. Please note here that first pada of chara rasi and 5th pada of sthira rasi and 9th pada of ubhaya rasi has become vargothama padas.How to identify parivathana padas: In a chara rasi, two padas immediately succeeding the vargothama pada are parivarthana padas. In sthira rasi-the preceeding one and succeeding one of the vargothama pada are parivarthana padas. In Ubhaya rasi two padas preceeding the vargothama pada are parivarthana padas.When a Naksatra pada exchanges its place with another naksatra pada is called parivarthana pada, like Rohini 1st pada exchanges with Aswini2nd pada-so they are called parivarthana padas.

These principles are basically based on Budha Naadi. Meena Naadi(Naadi Jyothisha) of Sri RG Row (Meena1)& Sri.NVRaghavachary (Meena2)3 and Meena2 naadi of Sri NVRaghavachary (Meena2) were based on the Combination of Budhanaadi , Sugarperunadi and Stellar principles based on Satyachareeya. Basically Meena2 (PSA)4 principles are wonderful prediction tools and also thought provoking.

5th house is the house of love and affection, Jupiter’s occupation in 5th house with the status of Vargottama Uttamadrekkana had made him to love every one and show lot of affection towards everybody. . Jupiter karaka for spirituality had attained Uttamadrekkana status, hence made him a spiritual leader /preacher of the highest order. His guidance had helped so many people to get the taste of spirituality.

Mercury the lord of 9th and 12th houses is in Uttamadrekkana and also it is in its own star Jesta. Mercury is the karaka for intelligence and counselling and makes the native to master in sastras and occult sciences.
