8.1 Alcance de Servicios de Empleo Sostenido. (Secciones 7(36) y 625(b)(6)(F) y

(G) del Acta; 34 CFR 361.5(b)(54), 363.(11)(g)(6) y (7))

(a) Servicios de empleo sostenido son aquellos servicios según definidos en la Sección 7(36) del Acta y 34 CFR 361.5(b)(54).

(b) En la medida en que se provea adiestramiento de destrezas en el empleo, el adiestramiento es provisto en el lugar de trabajo.

(c) Servicios de empleo sostenido incluyen la colocación en un escenario integrado por el máximo número de horas posible a base de las particulares fortalezas, recursos, prioridades, inquietudes, habilidades, capacidades, intereses, y selección informada de individuos con los impedimentos más significativos.

8.2 Avaluación Abarcadora de Individuos con Impedimentos Significativos.

(Secciones 7(2)(B) y 625(b)(6)(B); 34 CFR 361.5 (b)(6)(ii) y 363.11(g)(2))

La avaluación abarcadora de individuos con impedimentos significativos conducidas bajo la Sección 102(b)(1) del Acta y subvencionada bajo el Título I del Acta incluye la consideración de empleo sostenido como un resultado de empleo apropiado.

8.3 Plan Individualizado para Empleo. (Secciones 102(b)(3)(F) y 625(b)(6)(C) y (E)

del Acta; 34 CFR 361.46(b) y 363.11(g)(3) y (5))

(a) Un Plan Individualizado para Empleo que cumple con los requisitos de la Sección 102(b) del Acta y 34 CFR 361.45 y .46 es desarrollado y actualizado utilizando fondos bajo el Título I.

(b) El Plan Individualizado para Empleo:

(1) Especifica los servicios de empleo sostenido a ser prestados;

(3) Identifica la fuente de servicios extendidos, incluyendo apoyos naturales, o, en la medida en que no sea posible identificar la fuente de servicios extendidos en el momento en que el Plan Individualizado para Empleo es desarrollado, una declaración describiendo la base para concluir de que existe una expectativa razonable que las fuentes se harán disponibles.

(c) Los servicios prestados bajo un Plan Individualizado para Empleo son coordinados con servicios prestados bajo otros planes individualizados establecidos bajo otros programas federales o estatales.

CERTIFICATION REGARDING LOBBYING

Certification for Contracts, Grants, Loans, and Cooperative Agreements The undersigned certifies, to the best of his or her knowledge and belief, that:

(1) No Federal appropriated funds have been paid or will be paid, by or on behalf of the undersigned, to any person for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of an agency, a Member of Congress, an officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a Member of Congress in connection with the awarding of any Federal contract, the making of any Federal grant, the making of any Federal loan, the entering into of any cooperative

agreement, and the extension, continuation, renewal, amendment, or modification of any Federal contract, grant, loan, or cooperative agreement.
