All Pest Listing page
The All Pest Listing page displays when clicking the button in the Target Pest section. It allows you to do the following:
• Search pest to be controlled by name. This search option has already been covered in the manual.
• Click on any letter at the View Alphabetically listing to search pest which name starts with the selected letter.
• Click on the View All Pests Listing to view all pests within the IPM application. • Add pest to the favorite list so next time you do not need to search for it.
• Remove pest from the favorite list.
1. Click on any letter at the “View Alphabetically:” listing to search pests which names start with the selected letter. In this example “R” letter is clicked.

It’s recommended you save the most used pests into the Favorite list, so you do not need to search each time when you want to use it.
At any time, to return to the main page of the All Pests Listing, click the “All Pests Listing” link. This also will display the list of the pests within the IPM application in the alphabetical order.
The “Other Pests Listing” function does not apply to the All Pests Listing page.
1.2. To add pest to the Favorite list for future use and convenience access, click the “Add Favorite” link next to the pest name. Only one pest can be added to the Favorite list at a time.
1.3. To view the Favorite list, click the “Favorite Pests Listing” list located above the search results.
1.4. The system refreshes and displays the Favorite Pests page; verify that the selected pest is added to the list.
1.5. To add pest to the PCR form, click the checkbox next to the pest name and click button. Multiple pests can be added at a time by clicking the checkboxes next to the pest names.
1.6. To remove pest from the Favorite Pests page, click the “Remove Favorite” link next to the pest name. Only one pest can be removed from the Favorite Pests page at a time. Otherwise, click button to return to the PCR form.
All Commodities/Site Treated page
The All Commodities/Sites Treated page displays when clicking the button in the Site Information section. It allows you to do the following:
• Search commodity or site to be treated by name. This search option has already been covered in the manual.
• Click on any letter at the View Alphabetically listing to search commodity or a site to be treated which name starts with the selected letter.
• Click on All Commodities Listing to view all commodities or sites to be treated within the IPM application.
• Add commodity or site to be treated to the favorite list so next time you do not need to search for it.
• Remove commodity or site to be treated from the favorite list.

• Search site location where the pesticide will be applied by street name. This search option has already been covered in the manual
• Click on any letter at the View Alphabetically listing to search site location which street name starts with the selected letter.
• Click on All Sites Listing linkto view all site locations within the IPM application. • Click on the Other Sites Listing link to view the site names that don’t follow the alphabetically pattern. The site names listed under this option using special characters
• Add site location to the favorite list so next time you do not need to search for it. • Remove site location from the favorite list.

All Pesticides Listing page
The Pesticides Listing page displays when clicking the button in the Material Information section. It allows you to do the following:
• Search pesticide by the Product Name. This search option has already been covered in the manual
• Search pesticide by Company Name, Cal EPA Registration No, Active Ingredient and Pest.
• Click on any letter at the View Alphabetically listing to search pesticide which name starts with the selected letter.
• Click on All Pesticides Listing linkto view pesticides within the IPM application. • Click on the Other Pesticides Listing link to view pesticides name that don’t
follow the alphabetically pattern. The pesticide names listed under this option using special characters.
• Click on the Exempt Pesticides listing link to view the exempt pesticide products used in State of California.
• Add pesticide to the favorite list so next time you do not need to search for it. • Remove pesticide from the favorite list.

3. To search pesticide by the Active Ingredient, click the drop down table next to the Search Pesticides by: and select “Active Ingredient”, enter the keyword in this field then click button.

The Applicators Listing page displays when clicking the button in the Pesticide Operator and Applicators section. It allows you to do the following:
The search results only display the applicators that belong to the selected operator. • Search all applicators that belong to the selected operator by clicking the All Applicators Listing link. This search option has already been covered in the manual.
• Search applicator by entering the keyword in the Search Applicators by Name: field.
• Click on any letter at the View Alphabetically listing to search applicator which name starts with the selected letter.
• Add applicator to the favorite list so next time you do not need to search for it. • Remove applicator from the favorite list.
1. To search applicator by name, enter the keyword in the “Search Applicators by Name: field then click button. Note that the system searches by the first name.
