Hey! Hey Ya Ho Ya Hey! All my relations! All my words are sacred. Greetings, my Star Family. I am the Chief White Eagle. The Star Family is like any family. We are tightly knit and we are a highly evolved family. I know that all Earth families are not tightly knit, but our 5th-dimensional families are soul families who are close. Many of you have wondered why the Native American Ascended Masters are staying with the Earth. Many of you have already committed to returning to other planets or to your home planet. I have said that most of the Native American Ascended Masters are
committed to returning to Earth and to staying with Earth. Maybe now you understand why — because our grandfathers’ spirits are still here on the Earth. The Native people’s ancestors are in Australia, New Zealand, Argentina and many other areas, such as Costa Rica. The grandfathers and grandmothers are still there waiting. Many ancestors are in the mountains that we have activated where the etheric crystals are. There are ancestral spirits in Volcán Poás, in Grose Valley, in Mt. Shasta, in Lake Moraine, in Bodensee and in Lago Puelo. The ancestors are happy to integrate and work with the shimmering light.
They are already there and they are willing to work. They are committed because they know from their etheric teachings and from their etheric thought-projections that the time is coming when this great activation of the Cities of Light is upon them. They are waiting.
I, Chief White Eagle, also am committed to helping this Earth through these thought patterns. I see a great talking circle like a powwow, a great etheric tepee, huge in the 5th dimension. I see that etheric tepee being downloaded into the etheric crystals and

I see us as a great nation of etheric beings gathering. I see us in New Zealand and I see us in Australia gathering in a great circle of beings, holding this great light, this great circle of light. The powers of the Cities of the Just and of the Light, are magnified by the circle. The Grandfather, Grandmother ancestral spirits are coming to the circle. I am holding this great gathering and projecting this image so that the great ancestral spirits will be able to work with you and interact with you. Hey ya hooo, heeeyyyyy.
We are shimmering with you, my brothers and sisters. Our tepees in the etheric realms are activated and we are only waiting for you to find places to set up these great circles on Earth. You do not have to have a tepee. All you need to do is set up circles of people and think of the great symbols of the tepee and how they have been given by the Star Family to the Native Americans. Shimmering
Juliano: I ask each of you to become aware of your ability to shimmer your 3rd -dimensional presence into the 5th-dimensional level. Maybe you will not become a 5th -dimensional being immediately. Maybe you will not disappear and go into the higher level right now. You will begin to experience parts of shimmering as you hear these tones and sounds. You will be able to experience a raising of your vibrational frequency and also will be able then to project that raised level of frequency to an object and use that energy to shimmer the object.
Feel yourself shimmer in your 3rd-dimensional body. It is a wonderful feeling that we call “vibrational bliss.” Our commitment is to personal and planetary healing. For the planetary healing, we have downloaded etheric crystals into the Earth. Advanced
spiritual beings know that crystals are able to hold vibrational frequencies, vibrational thoughts. Crystals have the ability to resonate when a vibrational tone or vibrational thought is emitted. That crystal can hold, amplify and accelerate that energy. What is so beautiful is that the crystal and the shimmerer, that is the person who is shimmering, can be far away from each other. Time and space are in a different relationship on the 5th dimension. In fact, many people feel that there is no space on the 5th dimension. That is very difficult for you to visualize and conceive. In fact, I would only point out this: that space and distance are not limiting factors in shimmering and in working with crystals.
If one connects to 5th-dimensional energy, then one can access remotely distant objects on Earth.
In this case, the etheric crystals that have already been downloaded, have a role and a function to play in the shimmering energy field that we, the Arcturians, are

working to create with you, the Arcturian Starseeds. That shimmering energy is
communicated through and amplified in the etheric crystals that have been downloaded into many of these beautiful areas on the planet. At this point, we are approaching the time of downloading the next etheric crystal in Barrancas del Cobre (Copper Canyon), Mexico. Each of these crystals has the energies of shimmering programmed into them by the Arcturians. We have used the master crystal in the Crystal Temple as the template for the etheric doubling of the crystals. Also, we communicate and we send our
shimmering energies into those crystals as well. These 5th-dimensional etheric crystals are being amplified by us and by you and we are working to transmute Earth and to transmute you.
It is not just the etheric crystals that you can use. Each of you, I know, is using crystals. Many of you have great talents and special training from this lifetime and other lifetimes in the use of crystal energy. It is always helpful to continue to amplify and use these crystals. For example, you may be at a very high level of consciousness and light energy at this point during the lecture. You may have a crystal in the room with you. You can project and program the crystal that is near you now to hold this high energy in which we are now participating. If any of you have a crystal in the room or nearby, I suggest that you may want to go over and hold that crystal. I will wait for a brief time until each of you who has a crystal gets that crystal.
Now, you can project your higher frequencies, your higher vibrations, into that crystal. That crystal becomes like a tape recorder holding that vibrational frequency. We are talking about a spiritual frequency of a very fine, thin vibrational pattern — certainly much more high than a radio frequency. Even the highest radio frequencies that go into the gigahertz range are considered dense compared to the frequencies that we are now working with on a spiritual energy.
In the shimmering technology, it is not only the height of the frequency, but also it is also the frequency of the wave. You hear me work with you on transmuting your energy. You often may hear me go “tat, tat, tat, tat, tat.” I want you to visualize a graph with a sine wave. You can see that the height of the wave goes very high. At the same time, I want you to visualize that there are rapid waves. Even this sound that is being emitted by the channel does not even come close to the frequency of the wave that is coming in. You might say, “Juliano, I cannot visualize that frequency, that number of waves coming in congruently. I cannot use my mind to visualize what you are saying.”
My friends, when you connect to the 5th dimension, you are going to a level of vibration that is beyond your mental capabilities of the 3rd dimension. You have no idea of the powers of your mind.
Let me return to the example of the opera singer. The opera singer may not believe that a sound could shatter, but all of a sudden, something happens. Yes, maybe

at the lowest sound frequencies, you can visualize the number of waves coming in. That is a good place to start in your visualization. I want you to understand that at the level that we are talking about, the spiritual frequencies are so high, so thin, so etheric. Many of them are emitted over and over again. You are programmed to process these
frequencies. You are the Adam species.
Interestingly, when you think of the crystals and you think of frequency, you may think of higher frequencies that are beyond the range of the human ear. You may think of very quick rising waves like the “tat tat tat” sounds. But, here is a thought and here is an explanation that you may find perplexing. Slower waves, deeper tones, also can have similar transformative effects and can create shimmering energy. The crystals can be programmed for deeper tones. For example, the Tibetan monks are able to vibrate on a very low frequency and a low sound. Paradoxically, the shimmering energies can also be expressed by slowing down the frequency.
