RECONOCIMIENTO DE SITIOS ATRACTIVOS PARA LA FAUNA 1. Generalidades

Centrifuge 5702

– Switch off the device.

– Disconnect mains plug.

– Lift the lid.

– Detach the "speed" and "time" dials.

– Unscrew the 2 Phillips screws at the top on the rear of the front cover.

– Remove front cover.

– Disconnect plugs.

– Disconnect ribbon cable plug.

– Disconnect ground cable from plug shoe.

– Unscrew the 4 Phillips screws from the control PCB.

– Disconnect the 3 plugs.

– Unscrew the 2 Phillips screws M3x8.

– Switch off the device.

– Disconnect mains plug.

– Lift the lid.

– Unscrew the 4 Phillips screws.

– Remove lid (grey).

– Relieve pressure on springs.

– Detach guard ring on one side.

– Withdraw rod.

– Pull inside section of lid upwards.

Refit in reverse order.

– Start device.

– Switch off the device.

– Disconnect plugs.

– Remove front panel.

– Unscrew the 5 screws M4x8 and 2 plastic screws on converter PCB.

– Disconnect plugs on the converter PCB.

Refit in reverse order.

– Start device.

– Switch off the device.

– Disconnect mains plug.

– Lift the lid.

– Take out the rotor.

– Lay the centrifuge on its right side.

– Unscrew the 4 rubber feet from the ground plate.

– Unscrew the 1 Phillips screw.

– Detach the ground plate (remains connected to the emergency cord).

– Unscrew the 6 Phillips screws from the ground plate.

– Unscrew the 2 Phillips screws (lid-latch plate) from the ground plate.

– Unscrew the two Phillips screws (back of front plate).

– Remove front plate.

– Take motor cable off converter PCB.

– Unscrew the 3 nuts M5 by which the motor is fixed to the ground plate and disconnect ground.

– Take out the motor.

– Replace the motor.

When mounting, pay attention to centric position in rotor chamber. Mark position with felt pen, if neccessary.

Refit in reverse order.

– Start device.

– Switch off the device.

– Disconnect mains plug.

– Unscrew the 6 Phillips screws from the rear panel.

– Detach the rear panel.

– Unscrew from below 2 screws each on the microswitch/sensor.

– Disconnect the plug connection.

– Replace the defective assembly.

Refit in reverse order.

– Start device.

– Switch off the device.

– Disconnect mains plug.

– Unscrew the 6 Phillips screws from the rear panel.

– Detach the rear panel.

– Unplug the connections from the IEC mains chassis plug.

– Replace the IEC mains chassis plug.

Refit in reverse order.

– Start device.

– Switch off the device.

– Disconnect mains plug.

– Lift the lid.

– Take out the rotor.

– Unscrew the 2 Phillips screws at the top on the rear of the front cover.

– Lay the centrifuge on its right side.

– Unscrew the 4 rubber feet from the ground plate.

– Unscrew the 1 Phillips screw.

– Detach the ground plate.

– Unscrew the 6 Phillips screws from the ground plate.

– Unscrew the 2 Phillips screws (lid-latch plate) from the ground plate.

– Remove housing.

– Push out the two foam parts.

– Replace the rotor chamber.

When mounting, pay attention to centric position to motor.

Refit in reverse order.

– Start device.

– Switch off the device.

– Disconnect mains plug.

– Lift the lid.

– Unscrew the 2 Phillips screws at the top on the rear of the front cover.

– Remove front panel.

– Disconnect ribbon cable plug.

– Disconnect ground cable from plug shoe.

– Disconnect plugs.

– Remove 7 screws from lid-latch plate.

– Flap lid-latch plate to front.

– Loosen 2 screws from brake resistor.

Refit in reverse order.

Start device.

Braking resistor

Centrifuge 5702 R / 5702 RH

– Switch off the device.

– Disconnect mains plug.

– Lift the lid.

– Detach the "speed" and "time" dials.

– Unscrew the 2 Phillips screws at the top on the rear of the front cover.

– Remove 6 Phillips screws M4x8 from Front PCB.

– Disconnect 4 plugs. (Note orientation of ribbon cable plugs).

– Remove 2 Phillips screws M3x8 from PCB Standby button.

– Replace assembly Refit in reverse order.

– Start device.

– Switch off the device.

– Disconnect mains plug.

– Lift the lid.

– Unscrew the 2 Phillips screws at the top on the rear of the front cover.

– Pull front cover upwards.

– Disconnect ribbon cable plug.

– Disconnect ground cable from plug shoe.

– Disconnect plugs on the converter PCB.

– Disconnect plugs.

– Unscrew the 5 screws and 2 plastic screws on converter PCB.

– Replace assembly Refit in reverse order.

– Start device.

– Relieve pressure on springs.

– Detach guard ring on one side.

– Withdraw rod.

– Pull lid upwards.

Refit in reverse order.

– Start device.

– Switch off the device.

– Disconnect mains plug.

– Lift the lid.

– Take out the rotor.

– Unscrew the 2 Phillips screws at the top on the rear of the front cover.

– Pull front cover upwards.

Motor with imbalance switch

After tilting the centrifuge, it is required to rest the device for at least 4 hours in normal position to avoid damage to the compressor!

4 Disassembly / Assembly

– Disconnect plugs on Front PCB.

– Unscrew the 3 nuts by which the motor is fixed to the ground ring and disconnect ground.

– Take out the motor.

– Replace assembly Refit in reverse order.

– Start device.

– Switch off the device.

– Disconnect mains plug.

– Unscrew the 6 Phillips screws from the rear panel.

– Detach the rear panel.

– Disconnect plugs.

– Press latches.

– Replace assembly.

Refit in reverse order.

– Start device.

Mains switch/ IEC chassis plug

– Switch off the device.

– Disconnect mains plug.

– Lift the lid / remove rotor.

– Unscrew the 2 Phillips screws M4x8 at the top on the rear of the front cover.

– Pull front cover upwards.

– Disconnect plugs.

– Disconnect ribbon cable plug.

– Disconnect ground cable from plug shoe.

– Remove cable binder from ferrite core, replace later with a new cable binder.

– Unscrew the 6 Phillips screws from the rear panel.

– Unscrew 6 Phillips screws M5x10 (housing screws) at the sides.

– Place centrifuge on its ground plate.

– Unscrew 5 Phillips screws M5x10 (housing screws) at the front.

– Remove housing by spreading it slightly backwards and upwards.

Fan cooling unit

– Unsrew 2 hex screws M4x10.

– Loosen cable clamp.

– Unsolder cable in harness.

– Pull out fan upwards.

Fan at front plane

Loosen 2 Phillips screws at front plane to ease disassembly!

– Push out 4 plastic pins.

– Disconnect cable connections.

Refit in reverse order.

– Start device.
