LX follows the Airline Passenger Service Commitment, where European Airlines (participating carriers) have agreed to allow passengers a free cancellation within 24hours after the original booking was made
Procedure:
If reservation is cancelled within 24hrs after original booking date (from PNR where issuance took place), LX refunds the fare amount and the service fee without penalty
