Colocar a ferramenta nº 9X56 001 339 no eixo secundário, para evitar a queda da engrenagem da marcha à ré ao retirar o conjunto de carcaça.
Place tool nº 9X56 001 339 on the main shaft to prevent the reverse gear from dropping when the assembly is removed from the housing.
Remover as tampas (centragem e eixo intermediário).
Remove the covers (centerage and layshaft).
Cortar e remover o anel de segurança do bi-partido.
Cut and remove the securing ring of the split ring.

Posicionar o eixo secundário na vertical (sobre um flange fixado na bancada ou em uma morsa, com protetores nos mordentes).
Remover o calço de ajuste da 6ª marcha, corpo de acoplamento, anel sincronizador, luva de engate, pressionadores e molas.
Place the main shaft in a vertical position on a flange or on a bench vise, with protection at the chuck jaws.
Remove the shim for 6th gear, clutch body, synchronizer ring, sliding sleeve, plungers and spring.
Remover o anel trava e com a ferramenta nº 9X95 000 128 em conjunto com nº 9X20 500 130 remover o rolamento dianteiro do eixo secundário.
Remove the locking ring and, with tool nº 9X95 000 128 combined with nº 9X20 500 130, remove the front bearing of the main shaft.

Remover o anel trava do corpo de sincronização da 5ª e 6ª marcha. Em seguida, remover o corpo de sincronização jun-tamente com o corpo de acoplamento e anel sincronizador.
Remove the locking ring from the synchronizer body for 5th and 6th gears. Then, remove the synchronizer body together with the clutch body and synchronizer ring.

Remover o rolamento e o corpo de acoplamento da 1ª mar-cha, cone de sincronização, anel de sincronização de duplo cone, anel sincronizador, luva de engate, as travas de sin-cronização, pressionadores e molas.
Remove the bearing and 1st gear clutch body, synchronizer cone, double cone synchronizer ring, synchronizer ring, sliding sleeve, synchronization locks, plungers and springs.
Voltar o eixo na posição inicial e remover o corpo de sin-cronização da 3ª e 4ª marcha em conjunto com o anel sincronizador e engrenagem da 3ª marcha.
Remover o rolamento.
Put the assembly back to its initial position and remove the 3rd/4th synchronizer body, synchronizer ring, gear and bearings.
Remover o anel trava do corpo de sincronização, engrena-gem da 2ª marcha, sistema de sincronização e rolamentos.
Remove the locking ring, synchronizer body and gearing of 2nd gear, synchronizer system and bearings.

Com a ferramenta nº 9X95 000 140 em conjunto com a nº 9X95 000 273, remover o rolamento traseiro.
No lado oposto, remover o anel trava e com a ferramenta nº 9X56 000 943 o rolamento.
Obs.: Para remover as engrenagens, usar uma prensa de 80 T.
With tool nº 9X95 000 140 combined with nº 9X95 000 273, remove the rear bearing.
On the other side, remove the lock and, using tool nº 9X56 000 943, the bearing.
N.B.: To remove the gearing, use a press of 80 Tons.
Remover o eixo intermediário, com a ferramenta nº 9X95 000 104, da carcaça.
Remove the layshaft from the housing with tool nº 9X95 000 104.
Remover a engrenagem e os rolamentos.
Remove gear and bearings.
