Alarm content: Alarm of temperature sensor 1 Alarm level: 3

Alarm cause: The temperature at the upper part of the main rack is too high.

Influence of the alarm: The high temperature inside the BTS cabinet will cause the unstable BTS operation.

Time limit of handling: Handle it at once.

Handling process:

1. Observe the running status and alarm cables of EAM. If there is an alarm for EAM or the backplane alarm cables are not connected properly, solve these problems first.

2. Observe whether the fan is switched on already, if not, switch on the fan.

3. Observe whether the temperature is too high, and check the running of the air conditioner.

4. If the environment temperature cannot be lowered, shut down part of TRU to lower the temperature inside the rack.

5. If both the fan and air conditioner are normal, while the alarm still exists, contact the regional office of ZTE Corporation.
