Eleni , 45
Four-and-a-half decades in, this mother of two feels more confi-dent and sexy now than she did at 20 or 30. “I wore too much makeup back then,” Eleni Fuiaxis says, laughing. “It defi-nitely aged me.” These days, Eleni focuses more on what’s going on inside her body, medi-tating daily, practicing yoga, and eating a healthful Mediter-ranean diet that harks back to her Greek heritage. “I feel so much younger and more spiri-tual, and I think that shows.” Her look-great nonnegotiables:
Wash off your makeup every night, and drink coffee and wine through a straw. “A bright white smile, in my opinion, makes any-one look much more youthful.”
AGELESS EYES WITH A FLICK OF
THE WRIST Trace a black eyeliner along your top lids, lifting
them up and out a bit at the outer corners, says
makeup artist Sonia Kashuk. This modified cat-eye keeps droopiness
at bay. We like Sonia Kashuk Twist Up Longwear Liner in Black
Onyx ($8, Target).

CARVE OUT THOSE CHEEKBONES Dab a coral blush along the high point of your cheeks in an
inverted V shape to lift, says makeup artist Laura Geller. We
suggest Revlon Cream Blush in Coral Reef ($13, drugstores).

Hazelle , 56
Simplicity and spirituality are Hazelle Good-man’s guiding forces—and her virtually line-free face is a testament to their powers. “I truly believe that the way you deal with stress has a big impact on how you look,” she says. Prayer is the best cure for tension she knows. Her skin-care regimen couldn’t be more streamlined:
“I cleanse with a mild chamomile soap, and use raw shea butter on my face and cocoa butter on the rest of my skin.” Also essential is her morning green juice (an antioxidant-rich mix of spirulina powder, coconut water, and berries), as well as plenty of skin-restoring sleep.
Kathleen, 51
Beauty companies have bottled Kathleen Kelly’s secret: It’s called sunscreen. “Growing up in Florida, I always made sun protection an important part of my life,” she says. What’s not part of her routine: piling on the makeup.
“I dab a little bit of concealer under my eyes, and that’s about it.” In fact, when people com-pliment her looks, Kathleen believes it’s really her positive attitude that’s showing through.
“Having a sense of humor is a beautiful thing,” she says. “It helps you accept stuff that’s out of your control.”
REMEMBER THIS AGE-DEFYING TRIO It’s Geller’s “three E’s”: eyeliner,
eyelashes, and eyebrows. If you wear nothing else, just a swipe of liner, mascara, and brow gel such as Urban Decay
Brow Tamer in Warm Brown ($20, urbandecay.com) will balance your face.

Zoraya , 38
A Venezuelan stunner, Zoraya Glasser learned an important lesson from the women in her family. “They told me never to leave the house without a little something on—even if it’s just a dab of lip gloss,” she says. “It helps you look more pulled together.” That gorgeous skin?
Zoraya uses a facial cleansing brush daily (“My pores look so much smaller!”) and says coco-nut oil has made all the differ-ence. So has a seasonal, mostly raw diet and plenty of exercise.
“Since I was about 18, I’ve eaten a lot of fruit and other produce,”
she says. “I also walk every-where. But it’s important for me to mix up my exercise.”
GET YOUR GLOW ON Reach for an illuminating foundation like CoverGirl Outlast Stay Luminous
Foundation ($13, drug-stores), which will reflect light to hide lines. Dab it on
with a damp sponge to blend it into your skin, says
makeup artist Mai Quynh. ON Z

Karen , 63
No, that’s not a misprint. Karen Bjornson’s feel-good, look-good advice is simple: “Find something you love and do it,” says the avid gardener, swimmer, and tennis player. “When you enjoy things that are great for your mind and body, you’ll see the benefits.” She’s also open about some cosmetic surgery she had done around her eyes. “That was 13 years ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.”
When her skin needs extra TLC, she smooths on coconut, avocado, or apricot kernel oil.
BRIGHT LIPS CAN MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE Bold colors light up your face, so skin doesn’t look dull, says Kashuk. Apply foundation around
your lip line first to stop lipstick from bleeding. For a color like Karen’s, try Laura Geller Iconic Baked Sculpting Lipstick in Lex-ington Ave. Coral ($21, Ulta).
