This benefit is available to all Multiply members, but you must be 18 years or older to make a booking.

Child dependants

 A child (24 months – 12 years) will also pay a discounted rate and the Multiply discount will apply.

 Infants (0-23 months) will also pay a discounted rate, as determined by Emirates.

 Infants must be under the age of two years for the entire journey (not occupying a seat) and pay a discounted fee of the applicable adult fare for the journey travelled.

 Infants under two years of age at the time of departure and who occupy a seat will pay the applicable child fare for the journey travelled.

 Emirates understand that travelling with children requires special considerations – so they offer priority boarding, changing tables and a complimentary stroller service at Dubai International Airport.

 Passengers travelling with infants in any class of service are also permitted one carry-bag for infant food and other in-flight

necessities or one fully collapsible stroller, as a carry-on item if cabin space is available, or else as checked baggage in the hold. You can make use of bassinets to make your journey more comfortable and convenient.

Benefit rules

 You can book up to two international flights per family member in a calendar year (January to December) with the Multiply discount (including Virgin Atlantic flights).

 Discounted flight tickets are for leisure purposes only.

 Discounts apply to the costs of flights only. It excludes airport taxes, insurance charges, tourism levies and surcharges.

 The discounts are for return economy and premium economy flights only. No one-way travel is allowed.

 However, business class bookings are allowed, but the booking will count as two economy class bookings.

 Your travel (departure and return) must be for a minimum of three days and a maximum of 12 months from the date of departure.

 The discount applies to any publicly available full fare rate and does not include any previous discounted fares or promotions.

 Flights are subject to availability.

 You are allowed to cancel flights, but we will not refund you, unless for reasons related to hospitalisation or death (subject to proof). If you cancel for other reasons, you will have to use your ticket on another date. Please note that additional costs could be involved.

 Make sure you have the required visa for entering a foreign country.

How to use this benefit – booking a flight

 You cannot book directly with Emirates, but only through the Multiply Travel Desk. You can contact us by:

 You need to make your flight bookings at least 14 days before you fly and only return flights can be booked.

 You will need your Multiply client number and ID number when you make a booking.

 Make sure that all the details of the travellers are correctly displayed (full names and ID numbers) before completing any booking, as these names will be displayed on the booking detail, and need to match the detail on the travellers‟ ID books.

 Flights prices are subject to change without prior notice.

 We will e-mail your Emirates travel itinerary and booking reference number to you.

Paying for your flights

Please note that you can only pay with a valid MasterCard or Visa credit card.

General Multiply travel rules

 We will always do our best to secure the best available rate for our members at any given time. However, some of our travel partners may have specials that they run from time to time, which are outside our scope and control.

 You will only qualify for the Multiply discount structure that is based on the service provider‟s standard retail rate and not on the provider‟s special rate or the travel partner‟s special web fare rate.

 For any combination booking (flights and/or accommodation and/or car hire), a three-day or 14-day advance notice period will apply, depending on the nature of the booking. This can only be facilitated via the Multiply Travel Desk.  The Multiply fares quoted exclude airport taxes, tourism

levies, fuel levies, courier costs and any other surcharges.  Your booking is non-refundable and we will not accept any

name changes. We will allow changes to future-dated flight bookings for Emirates, but it is subject to additional costs and penalties as applied by Emirates.

Ending the benefit For any confirmed bookings:

 The Emirates benefit will honour bookings that have already been made, even if your Multiply membership is cancelled.  The benefit may be denied if you do not comply with the

terms and conditions of www.emirates.com. For any future bookings:

 You will no longer have access to this benefit if your Multiply membership is cancelled
