In consideration of Eastern Coalfields Ltd., Rajmahal Area , PO- Bara Simra, Dist.- Godda (Jharkhand) PIN – 814165 ( hereinafter called the Company which expression shall unless repugnant to the subject or context includes its successors and assigns) having agreed to exempt M/s ……….. having its Registered Office at ………..
