My name is Ansara Maya Ali and I am currently an Architectural Technology student in my final year at Sheridan College. Growing up in the Caribbean and being from Trinidad and Tobago, Iv'e always been inspired by various forms of Art and culture that I was surrounded by and I knew that I would pursue elements of the Art Industry. I am not only interested in Architecture but Interior Design, Photography, Graphic Design, Animation and Film. I hope to expand my knowledge in the fields listed above in my future
endeavours.

BRAMPTON FIRE STATION 204
CONCEPT STATEMENT
THE ESSENCE OF MATERIALS
My main concept and design strategy is to enhance the quality of life at the station. To improve the functionality of spaces, the livability, comfort and overall design. This will be achieved through the use of innovative materials on the interior and exterior to help extract toxins in the atmosphere and to improve the design to be of a traditional and contemporary design while ensuring that the fire station fits into its current environment. As well as, to ensure that it entails a more homely appeal for the fire fighters.
