Casual On-Call Clerical
Applicants must have:
Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent;
post-secondary secretarial courses of at least one-year duration or an equivalent combination of training and experience;
intermediate computer skills;
basic bookkeeping skills;
minimum typing speed of 55 wpm (include certificate);
minimum 2 years’ experience in an office environment;
ability to handle a variety of tasks within tight deadlines;
ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
tact and courtesy for dealing with Principals, co-workers, students and members of the public.
