Professor Wang Jian from SIRM of RUC, the leader of InterPARES 3 chaired the meeting. The coordinator of the team, Associate Professor Xie Li from School of Library and Information Science of UBC, the experimental base recourse partners, Deng Xiaowen, Department head of Provincal Archives Bureau of Anhui, Jiang Wei, chief of Foreign Affairs Office Information Center of Beijing, and other experts and scholars talked one by one on the same topic “the key measures in ensuring the authenticity of electronic records—the instruction of metadata framework and the implementation” from different perspectives. 

Professor Wang made the summary. She pointed out that the discussion represented the advantages and the great power of the combination of the theory and practice, the management and technology. She sincerely hoped that we could produce our China Model, achieve the InterPARES3 China Team’s research aim—rely on the international cooperation platform, building up an excellent team with good combination of theory and technology, research and practice, study the successful experiences, improve the efficiency of electronic records management and the international repercussions.
