Resumen
La investigación se desarrolló teniendo como finalidad principal desarrollar el tipo penal de feminicidio analizado por la PNP durante la época de Covid-19, 2020-2021 Asimismo, se analizó la legislación peruana que introduzco el delito autónomo de Feminicidio en el 108- B de nuestro CP, que castiga la acción del autor, señalando que el hecho se efectúa en un contexto familiar, hostigamiento sexual, abuso de confianza y coacción, teniendo al sujeto pasivo o victima a la mujer solo por su condición de tal, en cualquiera de sus formas. Es por ello que se brinda una perspectiva más amplia del tema; en el desarrollo de esta investigación se incluyen las normas, así como también el propósito de las mismas, que guardan relación directa con ambas variables, por un lado, el delito de feminicidio y, por otro, cómo se realizó la actuación de la PNP durante el marco de la emergencia sanitaria que promulgo el estado por la COVID-19, siendo conclusiones y recomendaciones que fueron realizadas en base a todo lo obtenido para realizar la presente investigación.

Abstract
The research was developed with the main purpose of developing the criminal type of femicide analyzed by the PNP during the time of Covid-19, 2020-2021. Likewise, the Peruvian legislation that introduced the autonomous crime of Femicide was analyzed in 108- B of our CP, which punishes the author's action, pointing out that the act is carried out in a family context, sexual harassment, abuse of trust and coercion, having the woman as the passive subject or victim only because of her condition as such, in any of its forms . That is why a broader perspective of the subject is provided; in the development of this investigation, the norms are included, as well as their purpose, which are directly related to both variables, on the one hand, the crime of femicide and, on the other, how the PNP acted during the framework of the health emergency that the state promulgated by COVID-19, being conclusions and recommendations that were made based on everything obtained to carry out the present investigation.
