Afterschool Program 2018-2019

Schedule and Registration Form

Dear St. Patrick families:

The Sharpen the Saw principle is to maintain and increase effectiveness; we must renew ourselves in

body, heart, mind and soul. To live by the number 7 Habit, St. Patrick After-School Program offers a wide variety of extra- curricular activities and sports for your children to balance out work and play. Attached, you will find the schedule and registration form for the different activities available for students from Jr K to 12th grade.

The registration process for the After-School program starts on Tuesday, August 28th. Please follow

these two steps for the activities with a fee:

1. Fill out the registration form for the after-school program and take it to the administrative office to complete payment for the chosen activity or uniform if required.

2. Hand in the form to Damián Rodríguez, the After-School Program Coordinator

Note: Karate, Young Chefs, Robotics and Music classes are paid directly to our partner academies. See last page for contact information.

For activities that do not require payment, hand-in the registration form directly to Damián Rodríguez, the After-School Program Coordinator.

Please remember that your child can only be registered in one sport and one club, giving opportunity to all our children and promoting equity. Class size is limited for all activities. This will guarantee quality lessons and appropriate discipline in the activities.

Afterschool Activities Start on September 3

rd

It is very important that you commit to pick your child up no later than 20 minutes after the class

ends. The failure to comply with this will be reason for your child’s suspension from the After- School

Program.

Let’s Sharpen the Saw in a fun way with the “St. Patrick After-School Program.”

Sincerely,

Damián Rodriguez Ruiz

After School Program Coordinator
