2.2 Arxiu de sortida d’Assay Design
L’arxiu de sortida d’Assay Design té format .xls. Per poder visualitzar les dades sense perdre el format original, les dades es mostraran en forma de captures de pantalla.
En aquest arxiu es mostren les seqüències dels oligonucleòtids proposats pel
programa juntament amb una sèrie de dades referents a paràmetres relacionats amb
una màquina que ja no s’utilitza al laboratori. Per aquest motiu, i per tal de permetre la
visualització de la informació rellevant, no s’inclouran les columnes de les dades
esmentades.
