Requisitos para los Candidatos del Sacramento de la Confirmación
Los objetivos de nuestro programa para la Confirmación son: Motivar a los jóvenes a crecer más profundamente en su relación con Jesús, prepararlos para recibir el regalo del Espíritu Santo, y ayudarlos a hacer propia su fe católica.
Para poder recibir el Sacramento de la Confirmación, débe cumplir con lo siguiente:
1. ____ Ser miembro dela parroquia de Holy Apostles como familia. (si no es un miembro de esta parroquia, por favor traer una carta de su pastor o párroco con el respectivo permiso para asistir a las clases en Holy Apostles.)
2.____ Escója un padrino de Confirmación. El padrino débe ser alguién que practíque la fe católica y que sea un ejemplo para usted. Por favór llenar el formulario con la información solicitada en la página 6. El nombre y dirección del padrino deben ser entregados la última clase en Noviembre, 2017. (Más información sobre la selección de los padrinos la encuentra en la sección de guía para los padrinos.)
3._____Los candidatos deben participar en cada una de las actividades del programa de
Confirmación. Esto inclúye asistir a todas las clases, y a misa cada Domingo. Los padrinos de
Confirmación dében asistir con su candidato a los Ritos específicos para cada año los dias indicados. (Year 1: Rito de Envío, Domíngo 5 de Marzo, 2017 y Year 2: Rito de Compromiso, Domíngo 19 de Marzo, 2017) y un retíto por año respectivamente, (Year 1: Sábado , 5 de Noviembre, 2016 y Year 2 Sábado 4 de Marzo, 2017)
4._____ Tareas: Si el candidato fálta a una clase, éste tendrá que hacer una cita para
completar la clase perdida en la iglesia en compañía de su padre, madre o padrino. Si el candidato fálta a más de dos clases sin presentar el trabajo de recuperación, el candidato no será presentado para recibir el sacramento de la Confirmación.
5.____Completar 10 horas de servicio comunitario como testimonio de su fe.
Las horas tendrán que ser completadas en alguno de los Ministerios de una Iglesia Católica. En la página 10, encontrará una lista de sugerencias. Las horas de servicio tienen que ser completádas y la hoja (pg.9), completa con el record de las horas débe ser entregáda en la última clase en Enéro, 2017.
6.____ Conocer las oraciones fundamentales: el padre Nuestr o, El cr edo de Nicea, el Gloria al Padre, el Ave María. El conocimiento de estas oraciones será verificado mediante un exámen.
Requisitos para los Candidatos al Sacramento de la Confirmación
Solamente Year 2
7.____ Presentar el certificado de Bautismo. Debe traer el certificado antes del 2 de Octubre, 2016. (Usted puede enviarla por fax.)
8.____ Presentar el certificado de la Primera Comunión. (Usted puede enviarla por fax.) Debe presentar el certificado la priméra semána de Octubre, 2016. 9.___ Elíja el nombre de un santo. El nombre debe ser de un santo canonizado en la Iglesia Católica. Busque y escoja la vida del santo que sea un modelo de la vida que usted desea vivir. Debe presentar la página de información acerca del santo (Pg.11) antes Enéro, 2017. (El día de la celebración del sacramento de Confirmación, el Obispo preguntará a los candidatos acerca del santo que escogieron).
10.____ Candidatos en el Year 2 Asistirán al ensáyo de la ceremónia de
REQUISITOS PARA LOS PADRINOS
El padrino debe ser una persona de oración, cariñoso y orgulloso de compartir su fe con los jóvenes. El padrino debe ser un católico practicante, no menor de 16 años y que ya haya recibido el sacramento de la confirmación. El candidato debe escoger alguien cercano a la familia con quien pueda compartir su fe. El padrino que es realmente un modelo de fe para el candidato lógicamente cumple con sus responsabilidades como bautizado.
El padrino representa la ayuda y oración de la comunidad entera de la Iglesia. El o ella, debe ser para el candidato “un amigo espiritual.” En este programa, se le exige lo siguiente al padrino:
1. Orar por y con el candidato.
2. Un ideal ejemplo católico como testimonio en su manera de vivir.
3. Guiar al candidato para comprender el significado y responsabilidades del sacramento de la Confirmación.
4. Animar a su ahijado a compartir sus pensamientos y sentimientos acerca del significado de ser miembros de la Iglesia.
5. Compartir los verdaderos sentimientos de lo que significa la fe para usted – lo que usted considera importante en su relación con Jesús.
6. Dedicar tiempo a su candidato para conocerlo mejor.
7. Escribir una carta al candidato diciendo qué significó su Confirmación para usted como persona espiritual y cómo Dios pasó a formar parte activa en tu vida.
8. Year 1, Asistirán al Rito Litúrgico de Envío el Domingo 5 de Marzo, 2017 de 4:30-6:00pm.
Year 2, Asistirán al Rito Litúrgico de Compromíso el Domingo 19 de Marzo, 2017
de 4:30-6:00pm.
9. Acompañar al candidato al ensáyo de la ceremonia en la Iglesia de Holy Apostles. 10. Acompañr al candidato para ser presentádo al obispo durante el Rito de
Confirmación.
