Use Recommendations
1. El Donout no es un juguete. No permita a los niños jugar solos en el agua con este artículo sin la supervisión de un adulto. OGO no se hace responsable en caso de accidente. 2. El peso del artículo aumenta considerablemente en el agua, por lo que se debe retirar del agua cuidadosamente. Dependiendo de las medidas del producto, pueden ser necesarias dos o más personas para sacarlo del agua.
3. Es necesario sacar el producto del agua después de cada uso para no deteriorar su relleno. Es muy recomendable además lavarlo para eliminar el salitre o el cloro.
4. Es muy importante guardar el mobiliario completamente seco si no va a ser usado en un largo periodo de tiempo. Se recomienda tender el artículo de dos a cuatro días en un lugar soleado y ventilado antes de guardar. Ogo no se responsabiliza de la aparición de manchas de humedad derivadas de un uso inapropiado del producto.
5. Se recomienda no comer sobre el tejido 3D Nets. En caso de producirse manchas causadas por alimentos es importante que sean lavadas lo antes posible. Su limpieza debe realizarse con productos neutros, frotando con movimientos circulares. Lavar sin quitar el relleno y dejar secar en una zona bien ventilada.
6. Este producto tiene un bolsillo interior con cremallera para facilitar la reposición del relleno. El material de relleno está disponible en bolsas de fácil manejo. La frecuencia de reposición dependerá de la intensidad de uso que se le dé al producto.

2. The weight of every article increases substantially because of the water, so it should be taken out the water carefully. Depending on the measurements of the product, two or more people may be necessary to move it away from the water.

5. It is recommended to avoid eating above 3D Nets, in case of food stains, it is important to wash it as soon as possible. The cleaning must be done with a neutral product and circular movements. Wash it without removing the stuffing, and let it dry in an open place.
6. This product has an inner pocket with a zipper for easy replacement. OGO replacement stuffing is available in an easy-to-handle bag. The frequency of replacement will depend on how heavily the product is used.

3D nets: tejido tridimensional, transpirable y drenable. Estas características combinadas con el relleno de poliestireno expandido permiten que el producto flote.
SILVERTEX: piel sintética apta para exteriores (resiste el viento, el frío, el calor, y la lluvia). Por favor, en ningún caso usar los productos acabados en SILVERTEX en el agua. El relleno, en este caso, se fabrica a partir de una mezcla de poliestireno y espuma.
3D nets: three-dimensional, breathable and drainable fabric. These characteristics combined with the landfill of expanded Polystyrene allow the product to float.
SILVERTEX: synthetic leather can be exposed in outdoor areas (wind, cold, hot, rain). Please do not under any circumstances put the product in water. The landfill used for the products manufactured with Silvertex is always a mixture of expanded polystyrene and foam.

Se establece un período legal de 2 años.
La mercancía debe ser comprobada a su recepción. Cualquier anomalía o daño producido por el transporte, deberá ser notificado por escrito a los agentes de la expedición y posteriormente a fábrica antes de 36 horas.
La agencia de transporte establece un periodo máximo de 48 horas para sus reclamaciones por lo que una vez pasado este periodo el fabricante no asumirá esa responsabilidad. Defectos/Reclamaciones con respecto a la calidad del producto se deberán notificar en un periodo máximo de 5 días después de la entrega de la mercancía.
A legally binding period of two years is established.
