Nos enclavamos en la Denominación de Origen Jumilla, teniendo producciones muy bajas y unas calidades excelentes, ya que Ontur y Albatana reúnen como pocos lugares del mun- do tantas cualidades para el cultivo de la vid y el olivo. Su clima y tierra convierten a ésta zona en una inigualable cuna de grandes vinos y aceites.

Nuestros viñedos están localizados al sur-este de la provincia de Albacete, en distintos pa- rajes situados entre los 400 y 900 metros sobre el nivel del mar, en términos generales tene- mos tierras calizas, arcillosa con diversos suelos franco-arcillosos, y arenosos. Son tierras con un reducido contenido orgánico, lo que proporciona a nuestros viñedos las condiciones óptimas de crecimiento y desarrollo del cultivo de la vid.

Nos caracterizamos por un microclima único, con inviernos y veranos sin temperaturas extremas, lo cual proporciona a la vid un crecimiento continuado y sin alteraciones meta- bólicas. Todos estos factores dan lugar a vinos en los cuales se aprecia el terruño y un perfil muy definido y singular.

We are in the southeast of Albacete under the Protected Denomination of Origin Jumilla;

this one is characterized by having vines with low productions and excellent quality.

Ontur and Albatana are within the Protected of Denomination of Origin Jumilla areas that gather as few places in the world so many qualities for the cultivation of vine and olive.

Its climate and land make this region an endearing birthplace of great wines and olive oils.

The vineyards are located to the southeast of the province of Albacete, with an altitude ran- ging from 400 to 900 meters above sea level, in general terms the soils are calcareous-cla- yey with various loamy and sandy soil The soils have a little organic content, which gives

Nariz: Aroma a hoja de tomate y flor de calabacín con un fondo de cereza.

Boca: Intensa, untuosa, larga, con recuerdo a tomate maduro y ciruela verde. Con equilibradas sensaciones de los descriptores positivos amargo y picante al final.

Nose: Scent of tomato leaf and flower of zucchini with a background of cherry.

Mouth: Intense, creamy, long, with hints of ripe tomato and green plum.

With balanced feelings of the positive descriptors spicy and bitter end.

ORO DE LA MANCHA

ARBEQUINA

Producción limitada. Aceite obtenido exclusivamente de aceitunas Arbequina de cosecha temprana. Recogida desde mediados de octubre a principios de noviembre.

El aceite tiene reflejos verdes, con aromas a almendras frescas y frutas a media madurez en menor intensidad, dando lugar a un aroma armónico.

En boca es dulce y envolvente, su amargor es casi nulo y el picor está algo más marcado dejando una sensación vegetal en el paladar muy persistente y agradable.

Recomendable para salsas, pescados y mariscos y siempre usado en crudo o a baja temperatura para su mayor disfrute.

Limited production. Oil obtained exclusively from Arbequina olives of early harvest and collected from mid-October to early November.

The oil has green reflections, with aromas of fresh almonds and fruits at medium maturity in less intensity, giving rise to a harmonious aroma.

The palate is sweet and enveloping, its bitterness is almost zero and the itch is somewhat more marked leaving a very persistent and pleasant vegetable sensation on the palate.

Recommended for sauces, fish and seafood and always used raw or at low temperature for greater enjoyment.
