DESCRIPCIÓN-TIPOS DE SERVICIOS
El Consejo Noruego para Refugiados busca proveedores de servicios de transporte que cumplan con los requisitos operativos, de calidad y legales que rigen en el Ecuador para proveer el servicio de transporte para el personal y actividades de la organización según sus requerimientos.
Los servicios requeridos por la organización se describen a continuación. Los proveedores oferentes pueden presentar ofertas para los servicios 1, 2 o/y 3, y pueden hacerlo para una, varias o todas las localidades descritas, según su capacidad e interés.
Servicio tipo 1: Traslados internos (un solo tramo o ida y vuelta según requerimiento) dentro de las siguientes ciudades: Quito, Ambato, Santo Domingo, Guayaquil, Manta, Esmeraldas, Lago Agrio, Francisco de Orellana (Coca), Machala, Huaquillas, Ibarra, Tulcán.
Servicio tipo 2: Traslados internos (un solo tramo o ida y vuelta según requerimiento) dentro de las provincias: Pichincha, Tungurahua, Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, Guayas, Manabí, Esmeraldas, Sucumbíos, El Oro, Imbabura, Carchi.
Servicio Tipo 3: Traslados interprovinciales (un solo tramo o ida y vuelta según requerimiento).

Servicio Tipo 4: Alquiler de servicio de traslados/vehículo con conductor/a por día dentro de las provincias: Pichincha, Tungurahua, Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, Guayas, Manabí, Esmeraldas, Sucumbíos, El Oro, Imbabura, Carchi.

Servicios tipo 1, 2 y 4.
El proveedor debe estar en capacidad de presentar:
*Documentación legal exigida en Ecuador (copias de la matrícula, documento que lo acredite con servicio de transporte, permisos de operación y otro aplicable),
Documentación que demuestre el mantenimiento y revisiones establecidas de los vehículos, incluyendo la que debe actualizarse regularmente.
* Pólizas vigentes que cubran: Responsabilidad y daños a terceros, fiel cumplimiento, Calidad de Servicio.
Conductores/as
*Los/as conductores/as a prestar el servicio de transporte deben contar con licencia vigente de acuerdo con el tipo de vehículo (Licencias tipo B-C o D); y de acuerdo a la Ley Orgánica de Transporte Terrestre, Tránsito y seguridad Vial del Ecuador.
*Deben estar en condiciones físicas y psíquicas que le permitan realizar la actividad de conducción.
*Conductores deben aceptar adherirse a los lineamientos de conducción de la organización, así como, firmar y apegarse al código de conducta para proveedores de la organización.
Propuesta/cotización de servicios
*Empresas legalmente constituidas y personas naturales habilitadas legalmente para brindar servicios de transporte pueden enviar su propuesta/cotización a los servicios descritos de acuerdo a las condiciones y requerimientos descritos.
*Persona Jurídica: remitir Registro Mercantil, RUC y cedula del representante legal.
*Persona natural habilitada para prestar los servicios: remitir RUC y cédula
*Presentar dos (2) referencias comerciales y/o de experiencia relevante
