Egiaztagiri honek laborategian jasotako laginei egindako saiakuntzen emaitzen azalpena jasotzen du. Hortaz, Eusko Jaurlaritzako Etxebizitza Zuzendaritzako Etxegintzaren Kalitatea Kontrolatzeko Laborategiak bakar-bakarrik du berak probatutako ezaugarrien erantzukizuna, alegia, jasotako laginei dagozkienak eta ez produktuari oro har. Hemen biltzen diren ondorioek ez dituzte inolaz ere gainditzen saiakuntza horiek finkatzea uzten dituzten eragina eta esanahia.

Ez zaie egiaztagiri honen berririk emango hirugarrenei, eskatzaileak berariazko baimena eman ezean, lan horiek izaera partikular eta isilpekoa baitute.

Este certificado contiene la exposición de los resultados obtenidos en los ensayos a que han sido sometidas las muestras recibidas en el Laboratorio, por lo que el Laboratorio de Control de Calidad de la Edificación de la Dirección de Vivienda del Gobierno Vasco responde únicamente de las características por él ensayadas, referidas a las muestras recibidas y no al producto en general, y las conclusiones que aquí se formulan no exceden, en ningún caso, el alcance y significado que permiten establecer dichos ensayos.

De este certificado no se facilitará información a terceros, salvo autorización expresa del peticionario, considerando estos trabajos de carácter particular y confidencial.

No se autoriza la transcripción y/o publicación de este documento sin el consentimiento por escrito del Laboratorio de Control de Calidad de la Edificación de la Dirección de Vivienda del Gobierno Vasco, debiendo reflejarse en ella todos los resultados obtenidos en el ensayo.

Se entregó en el laboratorio una muestra de Mosaico Vítreo (color verde) compuesta por 10 probetas, con referencia M-5998, de dimensiones 10 x 10 cm.

La muestra pertenece al cliente Universidad de Navarra Fecha de entrega de muestra: 26-09-2016

2. RESISTENCIA A LA ABRASIÓN SUPERFICIAL (ESMALTADAS)

Se determinó la resistencia a la abrasión del esmalte de las baldosas según la UNE EN ISO 10545-7:1999.

Se utilizaron probetas de dimensiones 10 x 10 cm, previamente limpiadas y secadas. Para el ensayo se utilizó carga abrasiva para vía húmeda: Método PEI (Porcelain Enamel Institute, USA).

Las probetas de ensayo son clasificadas de acuerdo con el esquema de la siguiente tabla.

Tras realizar la etapa de abrasión de > 12000 revoluciones no se aprecia un cambio en el área que ha sido sometida a abrasión y además cumple la condición (*) de la tabla.

Por todo ello, la baldosa se clasifica de Clase 5 según Tabla precedente.
