• Expertos área científica y otras como aspectos negocio
• procedencia (académico, empresarial);
• nacionalidad;
• experiencia en evaluación
• Evaluadores siguen EC instrucciones (criterios)
• También tienen sus metodologías para evaluar las propuestas
• Generalmente son exigentes

• Incluir imágenes, tablas... Tampoco inundar!

• Ajustarse al topic: Challenge, Scope, Impact
• Coherente y razonada : Explicar la historia
• Concisa (Why?, what? how? To whom?).
• Detallada: debe contener información relevante
• No machacar!
• Responde a la pregunta en el apartado que toca
• Clara en objetivos y los mismos se pueden trazar en el proyecto
• TRL realista y razonado

The proposal fails to address the criterion or cannot be assessed due to missing or incomplete information.
Poor. The criterion is inadequately addressed or there are serious inherent weaknesses.
Fair. The proposal broadly addresses the criterion but there are significant weaknesses.
Good. The proposal addresses the criterion well but with a number of shortcomings.
Very Good. The proposal addresses the criterion very well but with a small number of shortcomings.
Excellent. The proposal successfully addresses all relevant aspects of the criterion; any shortcomings are minor.
