At the end of these steps, you will have your packet ready to mail to the U.S Citizenship and Immigration Services via CERTIFIED MAIL. Your packet must include:
1. Completed Application
2. Copy of your Permanent Resident Card. If you have your driver’s license or I.D and Social Security Card with you today, include copies of them.
3. Money Order for $725.00 payable to:
