Resumen
En la investigación titulada: “Conciencia ambiental en estudiantes de Institución Educativa
“Santa Rosa de Lima” - Policía Nacional del Perú - San Martin de Porres, 2019, cuyo objetivo general de la investigación ha sido el determinar el nivel de conciencia ambiental de los estudiantes de secundaria de la Institución Educativa ya mencionada, ha sido realizado con el propósito de conocer los distintos niveles de actitud ante el problema ambiental que actualmente compete a toda la humanidad, enfocada bajo la perspectiva de las diferentes dimensiones que posee la conciencia ambiental, como son: la cognitiva, afectiva, conativa y activa. El tipo de investigación asumida es el básico, de diseño descriptivo, no experimental y enfoque cuantitativo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 495 estudiantes de la Institución Educativa Santa Rosa de Lima, 2019; la técnica de investigación utilizada ha sido el de la Encuesta, utilizando como instrumento de recolección de datos un cuestionario aplicado a los estudiantes. Para la validez de los instrumentos se utilizó el juicio de expertos y para su confiabilidad se utilizó el alfa de Cronbach, cuyo valor fue de 0,819. Con referencia al objetivo general: se ha obtenido como resultado que el nivel de conciencia ambiental de los estudiantes de secundaria de la Institución Educativa “Santa Rosa de Lima” de la Policía Nacional del Perú - San Martin de Porres -2019, en todas sus cuatro dimensiones están en el nivel descrito como moderado.

Abstract
In the research entitled: "Environmental awareness in students of the Educational Institution"
Santa Rosa de Lima "- National Police of Peru - San Martin de Porres, 2019, whose general objective of the research has been to describe the level of environmental awareness of the students of secondary school of the aforementioned Educational Institution, has been carried out with the purpose of knowing the different levels of attitude towards the environmental problem that currently concerns all of humanity, focused from the perspective of the different dimensions that environmental awareness possesses, such as : the cognitive, affective, conative and active. The type of research assumed is the basic one, with a descriptive, non-experimental design and a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 495 students from the Santa Rosa de Lima Educational Institution, 2019; The research technique used has been that of the Survey, using a questionnaire applied to the students as a data collection instrument. Expert judgment was used for the validity of the instruments and Crombach's alpha was used for its reliability, whose value was 0.819. With reference to the general objective: it has been obtained as a result that the level of environmental awareness of high school students of the Educational Institution "Santa Rosa de Lima" of the National Police of Peru - San Martin de Porres -2019, in all its four Dimensions are at the level described as moderate.
