The Foundation for the Promotion of Health and Biomedical Research of the Valencian Community (FISABIO), non-profit organization, with its own legal personality, and full legal capacity to act and under the protection of the Protectorate exercised by the Generalitat Valenciana and whose founding purpose is the generation and dissemination of knowledge and promotion of health and biomedical research in the Valencian Community, based on the motivation of necessity set out in the following paragraph
RESOLVES
To convene a selection process in order to hire A SCIENTIFIC COMMUNICATION
EXPERT on a competitive basis, charged to Horizont 2020 funded project
“Improving the guidelines for Informed Consent, including vulnerable populations, under a gender perspective” (PINT-16-015) coordinated by Dr. Javier Díez Domingo Head of the Vaccine Research Area of FISABIO- Public Health.
1. CONTRACT CONDITIONS:
- Legal Regime: Recruitment under labour law.
- Duration: Until the completion of the Work or Service, with an initial forecast of 12 months, extendable
- Professional Category: Higher Degree
- Trial period: According to collective labour agreement. - Working schedule: 40 hours per week
- Annual gross salary: 26.414,57 €
- Workplace: Fisabio - Public Health (Valencia, Spain), Vaccine Research Area. Location: Av. Cataluña nº 21, 46020 Valencia (Spain).
2. WORK FUNCTIONS:
The main functions and tasks to be carried out will be, among others:
- Development of the Scientific Communication and Dissemination Plan of the i-CONSENT project.
- Design and edition of communication materials (videos, posters, flyers, roll-ups, etc) with attractive contents and adapted to the target audience to promote and increase the impact of project activities.
- Drafting of press releases, newsletters and web news among other materials, from publications or any type of scientific information.
- Generate and manage the online community of the project through social networks, web pages and blogs.
- Detecting groups of interest, channels of access to them and needs not covered in the subject of vaccines and informed consent in research, including gender perspective and vulnerable populations. Dynamization of communities.
- Encourage and maintain the interest in the results and developments of the project both from the scientific community and from the social groups under study.
- Clipping.
3. REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS: 3.1. General Requirements:
- Having Spanish nationality or work permit, or any other nationality that allows access to employment in the public sector. In case the selected person does not have it, the contract will not be formalized until the corresponding documentation is in order. In case it is not finally possible to complete this process within the period established by the Evaluation Committee, the selected person will not be hired; leaving, in this case, the place deserted or hiring the following person, in case there has been order of priority in the resolution.
- Being at least 16 years of age and not exceed, where applicable, the maximum age of compulsory retirement or any other that may be established by law.
3.2. Necessary Requirements:
- Certification: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Journalism, Marketing and Communication, Advertising or similar.
- Advanced English skills (the personal interview will be conducted in this language). Persons who, in the opinion of the Court, do not accredit the minimum level necessary in the language domain, will be excluded from the selection process
.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
- Possessing the physical and mental capacities and abilities that are necessary for the performance of the corresponding functions or tasks.
3.3. Merit score and interview phase:
In order to be admitted to the selection process, it will be necessary for the candidates to meet all the essential requirements (general and necessary) at the completion date of the application deadline, not being evaluated the

There will only be evaluated those requirements (general, necessary and merits) and aspects expressed in a clear and specific way in the CV and in the application, that allow their quantification and evaluation.
4. NATURE OF THE CONTRACT:
The applicant will be bound by TEMPORAL WORK CONTRACT with the Foundation for the Promotion of Health and Biomedical Research of the Valencian Community (FISABIO) for the maximum legal period established by the current legislation for this type of contract. This contract is contingent upon the granting of the relevant administrative authorization.

8. SELECTION PROCESS:
The selection process will be developed in a single stage by performing the assessment of the Curriculum Vitae and professional experience of the candidates, as expressed in point 3.3. In case that this assessment is completed by the interview process, candidates who have not scored in the interview phase will be excluded from the selection process.
The Foundation and/or the Evaluation Committee, for reasons of interest to the entity, may at any time desist from the resolution or cancellation of this Public Call, without any justification whatsoever.
Once the selection process has been completed, the final resolution will be made public with the name and surname of the candidate selected on the Foundation's website: fisabio.san.gva.es.

FOMENTO DE LA INVESTIGACIÓN SANITARIA Y BIOMÉDICA DE LA COMUNITAT VALENCIANA (FISABIO)

En Valencia, a 10 de Mayo de 2018.
La Fundación para el Fomento de la Investigación Sanitaria y Biomédica de la Comunitat Valenciana (FISABIO), entidad sin ánimo de lucro, con personalidad jurídica propia, y plena capacidad de obrar y bajo la tutela del Protectorado que ejerce la Generalitat Valenciana y cuyo objeto fundacional es la generación y difusión del conocimiento y el fomento de la investigación sanitaria y biomédica en la Comunitat Valenciana, en base a la motivación de necesidad que se expone en el siguiente párrafo,
RESUELVE
Convocar un proceso de selección para la contratación de UN EXPERTO EN
COMUNICACIÓN CIENTÍFICA en régimen de concurrencia competitiva, con cargo
al proyecto internacional del programa de financiación Horizonte 2020 “Improving the guidelines for Informed Consent, including vulnerable populations, under a gender perspective” (PINT-16-015) cuyo Investigador Principal es el Dr. Javier Díez Domingo Jefe del Área de investigación en Vacunas de FISABIO-Salud Pública.
1. CONDICIONES DEL CONTRATO DE TRABAJO
- Régimen jurídico: Contratación en régimen de derecho laboral.
- Duración: Hasta la finalización de la Obra o Servicio, con previsión inicial de 12 meses, prorrogables.
- Categoría profesional: Titulado Superior - Periodo de prueba: Según Convenio. - Jornada: 40 horas/semana.
- Retribución bruta anual: 26.414,57 €
- Lugar de trabajo: FISABIO-Salud Pública (Valencia), Área de Investigación en Vacunas. Domicilio: Avda. Cataluña nº 21, 46020 Valencia.
2. FUNCIONES:
Las principales funciones y tareas a desarrollar serán, entre otras:
- Desarrollo del Plan de Comunicación y Divulgación científica del proyecto i-CONSENT.
- Diseño y edición de material divulgativo en lengua inglesa (vídeos, posters, flyers, roll-ups, etc) con contenidos atractivos y adaptados al público objetivo para fomentar la difusión y el impacto de las actividades del proyecto.
- Redacción en inglés de notas de empresa, newsletters y noticias web entre otros materiales, a partir de publicaciones o cualquier tipo de información de carácter científico.
- Construir, gestionar y administrar la comunidad online del proyecto a través de redes sociales, páginas web y blogs.
- Detectar grupos de interés, canales de acceso a los mismos y necesidades no cubiertas en la temática de vacunas y consentimiento informado en investigación incluyendo perspectiva de género y poblaciones vulnerables. Dinamización de comunidades.
- Fomentar y mantener el interés en la evolución y resultados del proyecto tanto de la comunidad científica como de los grupos sociales objeto de estudio.

3. REQUISITOS PARA PARTICIPAR EN LA CONVOCATORIA: 3.1. Requisitos Generales:
- Tener nacionalidad española o permiso de trabajo, o alguna otra nacionalidad que permita el acceso al empleo del sector público. En caso de no tenerla y resultar esta persona seleccionada, el contrato no se formalizará hasta que la documentación correspondiente esté en regla. En caso de que finalmente no se consiga finalizar este trámite dentro del plazo establecido por la Comisión de Valoración, la persona seleccionada no podrá ser contratada; dejando, en este caso, la plaza desierta o contratándose a la siguiente persona en caso de que se haya dado orden de prelación en la Resolución.
- Tener cumplidos 16 años y no exceder, en su caso, de la edad máxima de jubilación forzosa o de aquella otra que pueda establecer por ley.
3.2. Requisitos Necesarios:
- Titulación: Licenciatura/Grado (o equivalente) en Periodismo, Marketing y Comunicación, Publicidad o similar.
- Conocimientos avanzados de inglés (la entrevista personal se realizará en este idioma). Las personas que a juicio del Tribunal no acrediten el nivel mínimo necesario en el dominio del idioma, serán excluidas del proceso de selección.
- Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional e internacional.
- Poseer las capacidades y aptitudes físicas y psíquicas que sean necesarias para el desempeño de las correspondientes funciones o tareas.

Sólo se valorarán y baremarán aquellos requisitos (generales, necesarios y méritos) y aspectos expresados de manera clara y específica tanto en el CV como en la solicitud, que permitan su cuantificación y valoración.
4. CARÁCTER DEL CONTRATO:
El/la solicitante quedará vinculado mediante CONTRATO DE TRABAJO
TEMPORAL con la Fundación para el Fomento de la Investigación Sanitaria y
Biomédica de la Comunitat Valenciana (FISABIO) por el periodo legal máximo que establece la normativa vigente para este tipo de contrato. Esta contratación está supeditada a la concesión de la autorización administrativa pertinente.

La Comisión de evaluación podrá recabar la colaboración y asesoramiento de personas externas expertas en la materia objeto del puesto ofertado.
8. PROCESO DE SELECCIÓN:
Se podrá formular el proceso de selección en una única fase realizando la valoración del currículum vitae de los/as candidatos/as, tal como se expresa en el punto 3.3. En caso de que esta valoración sea completada por el proceso de entrevista, los/as candidatos/as que no hayan obtenido puntuación alguna en la fase de entrevista quedarán excluidos/as del proceso de selección.
La Fundación y/o el Tribunal, por razones de interés para la entidad, podrán desistir en cualquier momento de la resolución o cancelación de esta Convocatoria, sin mediar justificación alguna.
Concluido el proceso de selección, se hará pública la resolución definitiva con los datos del/la candidato/a seleccionado/a en la página Web de la Fundación fisabio.san.gva.es.
